This medical alert bracket is lovely. Arrived in a lovely gift box and was enclosed in a little pouch. It is of much better quality than I expected for the price.The engraving is clear and is very well done. I would recommend this to anyone. Also I had excellent service when I messaged the seller. the womens version of this one is very cute!! it's not super obviously a medical bracelete from a distance but up close it's easily seen and read, the clasp is what you'd expect and over time loosens a bit but it's still easily wearablethey include a link removing kit which is a little finnicky to use but does the job very well, a little tip from me is to have an unbalanced chain so the clasp isn't directly behind your wrist but to the side instead, it helps in putting the bracelete on

I was advised by my medic to wear one of these and I checked out quite a few different styles.This one is the most comfortable and easy to wear of those I tried.It's very light and survives 24hr wear completely.I had to remove 3 links which was easy with the tool provided.It's stainless steel and so stays shiny and new looking.Good value and recommended

The bracelet itself looks OK but I needed to take out several links. The tool provided was not up to the job and came apart almost immediately. The parts are so small you need an extra hand to hold a magnifying glass!

To start with the packaging was impressive and you get to keep the alteration kit which I didn't need to use.I have a large wrist for a woman of 7.5" and this bracelet is loose on me and that's how I like to wear them- I also can't wear any tight jewellery on my hand/arm.I really am so impressed with the look of this piece and find it so stylish.The customer service seems excellent and eager to please, but I haven't needed to use them as am so pleased with my bracelet.Don't hesitate - it has given me peace of mind at long last....Up until now I've had this tiny niggle that WHAT IF and then you forget about it, but now I can honestly say that I feel safer knowing that my bracelet will do the talking if ever I can't manage to...

I was impressed with the care of packaging and the tool for removing links. The tool worked though reading the instructions first is important. I found jewelry making pliers came in handy as well. The bracelet arrived in excellent condition. The moment I lifted it from the package I was pleased.I took it to a jewelry engraver who was able to engrave the information I needed in 3 lines on the back.

I wanted to make anyone aware of my personal health condition if I was unable to speak. I find this very comfortable but it also goes with any situation , by dressing it up with more bracelets, or casual with just a watch , or alone .

I followed instructions to the letter to remove some links to make the bracelet smaller. Now I have to go to a professional jeweller to get the damn thing fixed.

I've now worn the women's Type 2 Diabetes bracelet for over 2 months 24/7.I'm completely pleased with its durable finish that shows no signs of wear and will not tarnish. The ladies version is narrow and not imposing and if you dress up you can rotate it on your wrist so the words will not be visible and it looks nice.This bracelet is well made, is securely clasped and adjusting size is easy with supplied tool. Just don't rush it and align it properly.The red medical icon is still in perfect condition. No fading or flakng. When the time comes I will order this bracelet again. It arrived quickly and packaged in nice box.UPDATE: I have worn the women's bracelet 24/7 for I'm guessing around 4-5 years. Only a year ago the red medical emblem came off and it's not a problem. "Type 2 Diabetes" is very readable for any 1st responder to see.My bracelet has never fallen off nor did any links or pins come loose or out of alignment.With the tools supplied, with a little patience and good light, it was easy to shorten (remove links). It took me a minute.I'm still happy with my bracelet and would order another if needed.
