Mr. Frenette does a great job with explaining the Centering Prayer method/practice which leads oneself to a contemplative state with God. If you are searching for that missing part in your life, this CD series leads you to that missing piece and opens that door wide open. All you have to do is enter.

Awesome. His voice is great - not one of those annoying over-spiritual voices. There is a nice balance between meditation and listening to Frenette philosophize about the contemplative approach to union with the Divine.

I was not familiar with this type of guided meditation. I trust this author and anticipate that I will use this resource in the future.

This is an important book for people who practice any kind of prayer and/or meditation. It is accessible and non-denominational. Anyone, in any faith tradition can utilize David Frenette's practical suggestions to enrich and enhance their own spiritual practice. I think that Christians, Jews, Muslims, Hindus, Buddhists, and people of the various indigenous, native traditions will be enriched by this important book.

It was beautiful! I had a strong sense of God's presence with me during the meditations. A very worthwhile aid for anyone practising meditation.
