Good vegan alternative to provide omega 3 fatty acids from algae. Did notice a burpy taste after taking it a time or two, deducted 1 point for that.

Great boost!
I love that this is available to supplement my vegan diet. Since I have stopped animal products and have started taking this supplement as well as iron, I haven't felt sluggish at all! Much more energy than I used to have. Highly recommend!

No bad aftertaste.
Bought this because it was recommended for a 5 day Fasting diet we did recently. I usually don’t like Omega’s because of the aftertaste but these were actually not bad. I would buy them again.

Great supplement at a fair price.

Great for skin health and hair loss
So i take LOADS of vitamins. I can attest that when i added this one to the mix, a long term rash on my hand (not officially identified as psoriasis but i think it was) disappeared. Additionally my eyebrows started filling in again! So great for skin and hair loss, i have seen the difference personally.
