I've been surprised to find that indeed most (but not all) of the "herbal" tablets for men perform a lot like the over the counter medicines you ca get from hight street pharmacies now in the UK. This VISTARAX brand to me is yet another of the clearly active ones. There is the typical 30-40 minute delay - but once it kicks in it rises to a peak at an hour and stays active for 4-5 hours (and sometimes more). It has the typical facial flushing - but not much else in the way of side effects on me. Packing is good - the shelf life is >1 year, each dose is blister wrapped as you get with ibuprofen. These are quite large, worth bearing in mind if you have difficulty swallowing capsules. As long as you're OK with that, and drink plenty of water, you'll find these very effective. Side effects for me were some nasal congestion (which is good, a sign that they're working properly) and just the merest hint of a headache. The main effect was everything I wanted, and lasted well. Fair price for the quality.

Used this brand before and I trust them. Pills are effective and work as they should. Pills are easy to swallow as they are silky and go down easy. Plenty of fluids needed. No after taste or side effects.

I can confirm these are working great, with the unfortunate side effect of indigestion if I take a whole pill. But a third of a pill works fine, no side effects
