I ordered this thinking I was getting a great budget deal! Got it and the whole back right corner was crushed in and box was damaged and was like ok must have gotten dropped got a replacement ordered, a week later I got the new one in! Box looked perfect now damage wrapping on inside was perfect when I unpacked it the back left corner was crushed on and pain missing all over totally broken and same for the next one so I’m seeing it’s not amazing it’s the company is sending out bad products and hoping someone keeps it and doesn’t say anything. Safe is nice thumbprint worked great but key pad barely worked. Light not to heavy so bolt it down and don’t stop till you get the product you ordered!

The programming is a bit kludgy. Still have not been able to program a code but the fingerprint thing works fine. MAIN DRAWBACK- it doesn't always lock when you close it and turn the handle to the left. The linkage between the door bolts and the safe dial is cheap. I am guessing this thing could be opened fairly easy.

This safe is a piece of $&@$We purchased it, spent an hour to hang it on the wall, now the fingerprint and passcode will not program. We followed the instructions and tried over 20 times. You always know things are sourced cheaply from overseas when there are grammatical errors in the instruction manual!
