Excellent oral irrigator, very complete and easy to useI am delighted with this COSLUS E40 irrigator. It has 10 pressure levels that are easily adjusted, allowing me to customize the cleaning according to what I need. I really like that it has different modes (normal, soft and massage), and it is also BPA free, which gives me more peace of mind.The battery lasts a long time and the design is modern and comfortable to handle. After using it, I notice my gums healthier and a feeling of deep cleanliness. Totally recommended to maintain good oral hygiene at home!

I've only used this once, but it seems to work fine. It was recommended by my dental hygenist. She also suggested I use it in the shower. The directions were clear and the set up easy. I followed the #3 setting for beginners, as I've not used this kind of appliance before. It did clean out the spaces between my teeth better than flossing, and was easier to use. Go easy until you get used to the feeling because you'll notice some tingling afterward. The price is reasonable for the item and there is a two year warranty. You'll need an adapter for charging...not included. I used the one from my old phone.I really liked that it was pink. LOL

Seems fine. Works. Comfortable to use. Goo price. My third one over the years of different brands.User manual needs work. Very hard to read (rotten contrast) and arbitrary in some places.Easy to reach a human at their Support number (yes, they actually give you one). But agent communication was very difficult. He seemed to prefer to guess at what I needed than try to understand. We went in many circles. I never got a good answer.

Powerful works very well and easy to use. Great price point and I love that it came with multiple different heads to use.

Crazy how powerful this is! Has great battery life. I love taking it on trips because it’s easy to empty and refill the water and you don’t need to bring cords. Size is bigger than I expected but not an issue. Works great and built to last.

Works great! It has a floss setting and massage setting. Power 1-10 1 for a weak flow 10 for strong. They all work really well! Also come with a bunch of different heads for different flossing or tongue scraping. I like the one with the plastic tip since I’ve got a permanent retainer and it bends to get between it. Battery life is really good as well I use it daily and charge it once or twice a week. It is pretty big so I don’t travel with it and it’s all plastic so i’m worried it will break if I take it out and it gets crushed or I drop it. Overall great product!

I use this in the shower and it is great. It would be a challenge over the sink as water does tend to go everywhere when learning how to use it. It is the most effective water pick I have had in 10 years, probably because it has many possible adapters and speed adjustments in terms of how the water comes out. It is a little awkward to manuever at first but once you get used to it, it is easy. I use one full container each time and fill it with warm water as cold water hurts my teeth. The COSLUS Cordless Water Flosser definitely looks like something Inspector Gadget would keep in his dental hygiene arsenal. Push the button and WHOOSH — it blasts water like it’s trying to put out a fire in your molars.But here’s the thing: while it starts out powerful, it kind of loses steam faster than a gadget-mobile going uphill. Battery life is decent, but I felt like I was fighting the water stream more than my plaque. Also, it sounds like a tiny jet engine trying to take off in your bathroom.It’s good for travel and looks cool, but if you’re hoping for dental justice with every blast… it might leave you saying, “Go-Go-Gadget… refund?”Not bad, not amazing — just somewhere between a fresh smile and a soaked mirro
