Everyone has different reasons for not sleeping well. Over the last two decades I've tried many, many combinations to help me get real sleep and not feel yucky or tired the next day. Nyquil was great, but makes you not have a good morning. I tried so many hebals, teas, and nutritional supplements in every cormbination for at least a month each to evaluate properly. This plus my usual Tylenol or Advil (pain is a big factor) and I seriously have not slept this well in years. Add an occasional half a delta 8 gummy and I no longer have a sleep problem. I'm 73, with multiple joint replacements, two more in my future. Leg issues and muscle twitches are barely there now. Getting comfortable and relaxed enough to sleep is reliable now. I hope they stay in business for decades. And yes, the taste isn't great, but take it like a shot and have a water chaser. Hope it works for you.

My daughter and I use this every night before bed. She has trouble sleeping due to a medical condition and this has helped her so much. The taste is a little sweet, which took me some getting used to yet I am used to.

I love this combo of magnesium. It's hard for me to drink BECAUSE ITS TOO SWEET.I WISH THEY MADE A version with no added sweetener, I can add my own.If you like stevia over sweetness you will be fine!

Excellent combination of magnesium

I don’t know what that flavor is—but it is not orange, and it is certainly not lemon.I was gonna see if there was any way for me to return this cause I hadn’t opened it yet. I started drinking this GABA tea I had and it’s worked really well, so I didn’t open the magnesium. But today and yesterday I’ve been really depressed so I needed a pick me up. I put this in water thinking that it was truly lemon-orange flavor, it should still taste good; but it’s not that flavor, and it tastes horrible. I’m afraid that if I put it in any other liquid, it will make it taste bad. And now I’m stuck with this.

It's a great, but a bit too sweet to my taste.

This is a great supplement option for anyone looking for one. The taste is actually not too bad (which I was surprised about). I would highly recommend this product!
