Its very nice filter. It comes with all necessary accessories to install in any US kitchen connection. Would recommend using a different teflon tape than the one that comes with unit and use plenty of it. Make sure to use all orings included and try to tighten it perfect on the first try. Orings are not good quality, so they may break if you have leak after tightening everything. The filter itself looks and feels like good quality. The pump is a bit noisy and the unit generate vibration in gabinetes. The display is a nice touch, but is not accurate. As you may seen in other reviews, some mention about the unit needing to waste water to a point that display shows like 9 or 10. The reading goes up everytime you use it, so this is why I feel like the unit do not have a accurate reading on the water quality. I use the water that comes out as soon as the pump start running, so its only like 1 sec of waiting time. Water taste great. Using before for many years a GE filter system that are sold at home depot and not enjoying drinking water as much as im doing now with this product its great. The only thing still havent done is filter replacement, but obviously one of the things that made my decision for ordering this unit is because filter replacement is not as expensive as other similar units.

I have always utilized the multi-filter cartridges and pressure tank type RO systems. I was very skeptical in purchasing this one, but I knew Amazon would make it right if the system didn’t perform well. Luckily, I didn’t need Amazon to make it right. This system was super easy to install and start up. I have it feeding an instant hot water/cool drinking water faucet and my under counter ice machine that can make 50 lbs per day. It performs exactly as advertised and I have never had to wait for water. The water quality is excellent, the volume is unlimited, and it doesn’t waste nearly as much water as my old RO system. It doesn’t waste nearly make a little noise when dispensing the water because of the pump running, but it isn’t much and it stops the second you turn of the water flow. Overall, I have nothing negative to say. It saves a ton of space under the sink as well compared to my old system. I highly recommend this unit. Great value.

Arrived with broken cover for unit and broken filter that cannot attach inside the unit and this is using a professional installer. Not good value for money, however, Amazon refunded my purchase price and let me keep the unit. I then purchased another filter and it’s working fine. It takes a little time for the PPM go down so if you want it perfect you’ll wait for the numbers to go down. And, you won’t know if the TDS PPM is low enough if you don’t open your cabinet door.

I bought this for my RV trailer. It is small enough to share the cabinet with the garbage container, yet large enough to produce ample drinking water. We are wrapping up a 6-week road trip through 9 states and 17 different cities. The worst water measured 478ppm, yet we enjoyed less than 20ppm at all times. The taste was consistently great for us. Even my fur baby has become particular with the water she consumes. The noise level is low, and the spigot is stylish to match the faucet. Installation was tight, yet easy enough for a 70 yr old. I had to add a duplex plug with the existing wiring under the cabinet, next to the sink. Overall, I am pleased with the product, ease of installation, and quality of water. No longer do I need to lug around cases of water, and contribute cases of plastic to the to the environment.

Thank you for this product. I am a water specialist and I install RO Systems all the time. this is the third one that I have purchased, and I have loved every one of them. They are very easy to install. The water quality is some of the best I have seen. These units are the best for the money that I have found so fare, and if you are like me and stop drinking water when it tastes bad this is the unit for you. Only advice is when you start the water running watch the Digital meter on the front till it gets down to at least 10-12 and the taste will be amazing. I love how small this unit is. It fits in places that I couldn't get other units into so, functionality and design is the best.
