Snatch, jerk and deadlift in these men's shoes made for weight lifting and everyday weight training. With an extra-wide design that allows the foot to spread, the shoes pair a lightweight and durable upper with a wide midfoot strap for a locked-down fit. Quality shoe for both recreational and competitive lifters!
I've been lifting seriously for a little over two years now but never came around to buying power lifting shoes because I felt like I should squat as much as I can "naturally" without any help. Well I got to a point where my form started to break down under heavier weight because I couldnt reach a depth that was comfortable with my legs and hips without leaning too forward and compromising my lower back. Since trying these shoes I've had to amazing squat sessions and my ankles couldn't be happier. My technique is a bit more cleaner and I'm coming out of the hole much more faster thanks to the extra mobility I get from the raised heel.I will say that the only con I have with the shoe is the Velcro strap getting in the way of the shoe laces. Sometimes the laces will get stuck and you'll have to yank em out in order to tie them and over time this may ruin the laces which might not be an issue for some but for me aesthetically it would be a pain seeing the fabric of the laces fall apart

Yes you can order these for women :)
I bought these as my first pair of weight lifting shoes. Normally I am a 7.5 in women’s. I bought a 6.5 men’s. Because these shoes only come in one ridiculous color for women’s I was forced to guess my size and try my luck here. Thank god it worked out. Ladies order one full size down. Other than all of that; I love these shoes and I’m super excited to have them!

Shoe for the “lifter
I usually don’t write long reviews but here you go.These shoes are for the real lifters. If you just go to the gym to say you go then wear your flimsy running shoes. They have they’re place but for me not in the gym. How can you be serious about squatting, deadlifting, pressing, with that flimsy soled shoe. The only other option is chuck Taylor’s but for me the quality went away. I’d tear them up in a month. My power lifts though I’ve had for 2 years. Wear them 5 days a week in the gym. They improve every lift you can do an why? Because they don’t give . Soles are hard and stable. You feel planted to the floor. You will lift harder, stronger, and feel more confident in the major lifts for strength.

Great shoe for squats, size up though!
Beautiful colors, sleek looking. Help my squat form so well. But I did have to size up one whole size. I usually wear men's 9 and I had to size up to a men's 10 to get a good fit bc these are a bit on the smaller/narrow side. Otherwise, a fantastic shoe. Fast shipping also! I'm using this for my powerlifting meet. I'm a girl btw, usually wear 11 women's size. These fit well. My husband git a different color and also sized up.

Fit awesome, and make a huge difference!!
These shoes fit me perfect, they are a great shoe especially for the price. I can really tell the difference in my form. I did a few air squats and these shoes really improve my form. I highly recommend these to anyone who is barely getting into lifting or even you have been lifting for a while. The colors are really cool too. I got the blue with red and I’m not really into shoes, but I got a lot of compliments from my teammates.

Better than expected
I wanted these shoes, and after wearing them on leg day the last two weeks, I realized that I’ve needed these shoes.Fitting: I wear anything between a 9 - 9 1/2. I ordered a 9 and it fits perfectly. It’s not loose. I can feel my big toe reach the edge of the shoe just a bit but it’s barely noticeable and it isn’t annoying. I’d rather have it like that so my feet do not slide around (make sure to wear thin socks). The sides fit tight, so it’s wise to select the correct fitting if you have wide feet.Comfort: they are squatting shoes, so let’s be honest, they are not meant for long walks. During a squat, it feels ten times better than wearing a pair of tennis shoes and you can sense the arch support. Overall, comfortability is great.Benefits: I hurt my back pretty bad last Fall when doing squats. When I finally recovered, I took it pretty easy and now I’m lifting heavier again. I noticed my knees were compensating because I’ve been afraid to hurt my back again. Well, the first time I wore the shoes, I immediately felt a huge difference in my form. I felt all the muscles in my legs were actually pushing the weight up and my knees weren’t working overtime. I try to keep a straight back, but I noticed how the shoes make it easier to maintain that form (I also wear a belt so I’m sure that helps too). The strap fits nicely over the laces and there is no discomfort. The strap does get in the way when tying your laces, but leaving it stuck to the Velcro helps keep them out of the way.Overall, I wish I hadn’t waited so long to get these shoes. The price is good, and I like the quality. I already feel the benefits when squatting, and if you’re debating on whether this will really help you, there is no doubt that these shoes will allow you to progress.

Really balances lift and you can feel the weight during the lift balanced better throughout lower body
Used for 10 squat sessions and wow what a difference. These did NOT increase my lift however the stability I gained and the sure surefootedness is incredible. Purchased a13.5 since I wear a 13w dead on fit. Also noticed knee not as sore when I went max weight. Really balances lift and you can feel the weight during the lift balanced better throughout lower body.

I ordered the most hideous colour and I still love them.
I work out at home and a really gross colored green pair was on sale, so I bought them. I can't believe how ugly they are. That out of the way - they are the most incredible shoes I've ever lifted in. Definitely one of those "why didn't I use lifting shoes a LOOONG time ago" moments.I was worried that for cleans and snatches, they would be clunky and lack flexibility - nope.I thought, why bother wear special shoes for squatting or deadlifting, it isn't like you are jumping around or have lateral motion. Boy, was I wrong. These just literally 'lock you in' so that your lifts are more stable, leg position better and your feet better supported. The soles have some give, so even for box jumps, powerlifting etc., these hang in like champs. If I was going to do a ton of box jumps and no other lifting, then I would wear my minimalistic sole or cross trainer shoes. But I've been impressed with these shoes. The sole is waffley and very flat. That means a lot of contact area with the ground and no 'hot spots'. It also means that since they don't have a heel on the sole, they can slide off something that is smooth or slippery. You'd need to try them to see. Fine for the gym, but wouldn't cross slippery boulders in a creek with them.An intangible for lifting shoes if you've been on the fence like me. You put them on, strap them snug and you just feel like you want to lift. I don't struggle with motivation, but there is something to be said for the feel of these vs low heel lift or chuck taylors. You know you are going to do some lifting.Another 'worry' I had with them was the heel wedge. I've been working out in my low heel shoes and thought it would be weird to lift from a wedge. So far, I haven't noticed that at all.I've worn these for a while now and they are as good (and ugly) as new.

Perfect fit
My first lifting shoe so if I compare it to my previous regular shoe is like comparing night and day. It has slightly elevated heel so i had to get used to it coming from flat shoe when I squat. I don't really need an elevated heel since I can sit on squat position comfortably with foot flat on the ground. It is narrow shoe so at first I had to use thin socks but once I broke it in I can use it with medium thick socks. After I broke it in it almost fits like costumized fit:)

Highly recommend.
Good support for powerlifting. The elevation in the heel gets you in a good position for squatting low and high bar. Since it isn't a pure squatting shoe, you won't get maximum elevation so you will still need some good ankle flexibility. However, the lack of extreme elevation adds to the versatility of this shoe. It is very easy to wear this shoe while deadlifting. It is also quite reasonable for cleans, snatches, and jerks. It is a great all-purpose shoe for powerlifting and Olympic lifts. they also make your gym selfies look a lot more legit.

Overall good. A little tight in the middle and not as spread out as I would expect. They take a bit to wear in however even after 1 lifting session I noticed my overall form was much better and less joint pain after. These are essential if you are a heavy lifter.
