This Kepwam mug is great! I was an Ember user for a long time until it stopped charging and didn't keep my coffee warm longer than 10 minutes. So I waited until I found a replacement with good reviews and a stylish, sleek look. The Kepwam mug is the perfect replacement. It's not as pricey as the other name brands, and yet it works just as well, if not more so. The app, too, was a nice touch. I wasn't aware the mug could be app-controlled, but it can be! This is just what I needed because I drink coffee all day. The Kepwam keeps my coffee HOT for me every time.

Love having my coffee stay hot for more than one hour

The GOOD:The mug is great.. heats up fast, stays warm fast.I did love turning on my phone when I woke up, knowing I still had tea in the cup, and just turning it on before I got up to get it nice and warm.I like the included lid, that does help immensely to keep the liquid warm, but even without, it stays plenty warm.The DISAPPOINTING:I was disappointed that the 'customize temp' on the app really has silly limits that makes it kinda pointless to customize ... I get not making it hotter than what could be safe for the cup, but it really has no customization that is signifcant... and the customize appearance is just for the app and very subtle.I also wish the charger base was USB, instead of old-fashioned pin plug and fat plug adapter.IMPORTANTLY, there is no way on earth that this cup is 16oz... at best it's size hold about 12oz... very misleading. I use a Cuisinart kcup every morning set to 12oz for a cup of coffee, and this mug just barely holds it.A key buying point was the extra size so I could add creamer easier, but doesn't fit without pouring some out.

Started not fully charging the first day and then stopped working totally the 2nd day. They are replacing it. Hope this one works😊 Otherwise, I liked it😊

Having used a few different coffee cup warmers over the years, I never really feel that they get/stay quite hot enough. I even tried using a metal cup and the cup just got too hot to hold and what's the point of that?This clever invention works for me because it really gets/keeps the coffee hot as you need it, no kidding! It has three settings, which seemed to be dialed in perfectly for me, straight out of the box. The low is not quite hot enough, much like what I am used to getting with my current cup warmers. The medium is perfect! I always get my coffee at exactly the right temperature now, which I am very happy to report.No more trips back to the kitchen to microwave my coffee/tea, it actually stays at just the right temperature, for extended periods of time. Now all my cups are truly "good to the last drop" because they are just the right temperature for drinking, from start to finish. The high setting (there are three) actually seemed a bit too hot for me, but I suppose there are some that will like it, too.I think the only way to accomplish this feat is to use a heater that is built into the cup, and that is just what you get. There is tactile feedback in the form of a little vibration when you press the button to turn it on and off or change the heat setting. It even safely turns itself off automatically! With a built-in rechargeable battery (and first-class recharging station), this could not possibly be more convenient. It comes with a standard lid that you can open and close, and if you break the lid somehow, there are replacements available.That is totally enough to make this my #1 everyday coffee cup, but wait, there's more! If you want to fine tune the temperature of your coffee even more, there is an app you can download and install to see whatever temperature you have, and turn the cup off and on, as well as adjust the temperature settings, right from your smartphone. The "Kepwam" app loaded right up on my Android cellphone, from the play store, and updated itself after it automatically identified my cup. (I tried the QR scan and it worked too, but the app from the play store is much easier to install)I was easily able to dial in, to the degree, the temperature settings for each of the three buttons, so if I wanted to, I could adjust the high ("piping") setting down a bit. But I like the default setup fine, for now at least. The app is very intuitive and I recommend you take the time to install it, I was very pleasantly surprised. For me, the simple cup-controller app was kind of fun.IMHO this is a total luxury cup experience and the app actually worked for me, right away! It is so full of useful high-tech surprises, I highly recommend it.
