Riviera SunSummer Dresses Tie Dye Embroidered Beach Swimsuit Cover Up

I like the dresses very much the color is as expected. The fit is loose which is what I wanted. The dress is exactly what I want except it is shorter than expected. I'm 5'2" and the side hits at just above my knee while the front of the dress comes to mid cafe. I prefer my dresses to be below the knee at all points. If you are a taller person keep in mind that at it's shortest point (side seams) it is above my knees and I'm a short person.

This is a GREAT cover up for plus size women. I'm loving everything about it from the fabric, the fabric drape, size, feel, color... it's all beyond what I expected. I usually buy plus sized clothing items and just have to hope it'll be true to size, which usually isn't the case, and it's getting even more confusing these days with a lot of clothing being offered in Asian sizes. So, I took a chance and ordered my actual size in this cover up and I'm thrilled that it not only fits, but it still has extra material for that light, flowing look. The material is very breathable, light and super comfy. Oh, how I wish I could wear something like this to work everyday! I've actually worn it as a dress a couple times already, putting some leggings on underneath and I was good to go. Hassle free outfit! The colors and so vibrant and summery, and with all the different colors, it easily coordinates with all the accessories you already have. My swimsuit, sun hat, flip flops and beach bag all coordinate with this cover up. And when wearing as an outfit, I add different accessories and get a ton of different looks. I can't stress enough how comfortable this cover up really is. I work in a pharmacy where we have to dress professionally at all times, and it's such a nice break to come home at the end of the day and throw this on to lounge in, and also to wear on weekends when I'm running errands. I WILL be buying more of these!!

I expected this to be a more sheer fabric like some I've purchased in the past. I was happy to find that it is actually a much better quality fabric than I was expecting. These dresses are light and airy, but not so delicate that they will snag and run like others that I have. I will be buying more of these. Also, the colors in all three of the dresses that I purchased are bright and vibrant and saturated. I have not washed them yet so I can not comment on the color fastness of the dyes. My initial opinion though is that these dresses are better that what I thought they would be.Edited to add. I washed these and they shrank to nearly half the size and bled color everywhere. The dresses are all mostly pink now, all of them! I was stupid enough to wash these with a few new tie dye shirts for my husband, and now his shirts are also mostly pink. I could deal with the pink actually on the dresses if the size hadn't shrunk up so badly. I have to admit that my washing machine only gets hot water because the cold is broken, so I was expecting some amount of color bleed. I did not expect this amount of color loss or shrinkage. I would suggest ordering several sizes larger than you want and soaking them in vinegar and water and then washing them only by hand, only alone, and only in very cold water. I also do not suggest putting them in the dryer ever.

Good quality and beautiful

Was a little skeptical about this dress after reading some reviews on other similar dresses on Amazon. But no need! I received this dress in 3 days, just in time for my 2 day concert in the sun. Upon opening the package, i was amazed at what appeared to be hand-painted embellishments that are beautiful! I wear a size 2X and purchased a 3X. It fits perfectly and my goodness, so many compliments. It feels greet as a dress or with leggings for a more casual look. I'll be returning to this seller to see what else they have to offer. Not concerned about washing it. I plan to hand wash in cold water and hang dry. I'm really worried about the hand painting. But for the price, even if i only wore it one time, it was worth it! If you're on the fence about this one, forget the apprehension and just buy it!

So happy with this dress. It's not 100% opaque, but close enough to wear as a sun dress, not just a cover up. Plenty of room for my curvy self inside, without looking loose. The colors are great, the painted flowers are cute. Can't wait to wear this on vacation!Now that I've found a brand that fits, has a reasonably sturdy fabric (not rugged, but good enough for the price), I'll be looking for Riviera Sun again for summer stuff. It does frost me a little to pay $20 for something that costs them pennies to make ... but at least I'm not forced into something that costs 2X-4X as much, or something cheap that I don't like.Also, like every single women's garment on earth, IT NEEDS POCKETS. But I digress.

Hmmm... I suppose people would think it odd if I wore this every day this summer, but, boy, am I tempted! The print is so unusual and eye-catching, and the material light and airy without being absolutely sheer. I wash it in cold water in a lingerie bag with the rest of my laundry and hang to dry, and have had no problems with dye running or fading. I am 5'6", and it's the perfect length - the shortest part of the hem (which is on the sides) comes just above my knees. I ordered the size I expected to fit my shoulders and chest well without worrying about the rest, since it is VERY loose and flow, and it fits as I expected. Just love this dress!!!!

The size chart is not quite right? I bought a large for a 38" bust, this dress would fit a much larger bust. It looks great, very flowy, perfect for poolside and cover up. I think I would go with a med or even a small on my next one I think.***** I bought the medium Midnight floral Acid also - it is a tad smaller in the chest, but still roomy **** The arm holes in my new Medium "Midnight floral Acid" are smaller than my large tie dye. Love them both. Love them for hanging out in the house.
