For 1p plus postage this was a great buy. Its a lovely hard cover edition with clearly laid out information on a number of common ailments and at home treatments using things we all usually have in our cupboards. It will take me a while to read through as it has more than 400 pages, but I am definitely looking forward to it. Very happy customer. :)

Some really great information in this book but was a little disappointed by the lay out, very text heavy so easy to get lost at times. More illustrations and easy to follow instructions would of made this a must have for any household, having said that it's still a very interesting read and worth a look.

I recieved this book just as my son came down with chicken pox and I had some stomach bug - it was worth every penny as I was feeling well in no time and able to feel useful in helping my son. I really recommend this book to anybody. It is so useful and informative that it's empowering knowing that I have a copy of this in my house.

This is a very good book to have at home.

I am a therapist and this book is authentic and extremely effective! They use only natural and at home treatments- just what I was looking for- not dangerous drugs. It is preventative treatments and home care from Arthritis to Low Back Pain to Eczema.
