I have had this fire now for a couple of weeks. It looks great, and the fire effect works well. You need to be methodical putting it together, and take it slowly ... it took me a couple of hours in an evening. I was worried for this price it might be noisy. I taped some fowong Foam Seal Tape, 25mm(Width) X 25mm onto the back to ensure no gap between the back of the fire and the wall. That combined with the solid construction of the surround keeps noise to a very acceptable level, just audible. Really at this point I could not be happier with this purchase.

Well packaged....two individual packages....one fire and one surround.... arrived different days....surround took two hours to assemble by one person.... patience required, but well worth it and satisfying. Definitely recommend..... exquisite fire.

I liked the fire but the final assembled product did not look like the picture on Amazon and because it came in so many bits, you don'trealise it until your more than half way through assembling it!In addition, while the assembly diagram was fine - the amount of assembly required is a bit scary for the ordinary person. I was so relieved to get it finished - with all the bits I was dreading that pre-drilled holes would be in the wrong place 😕

Ordered this fire and it arrived within 4 days it really does set off this log cabin at the bottom of my garden. It looks amazing and it’s really easy to assemble one person can easily do it. I had a few screws missing but it was fine I nipped down to Screwfix and got some from there.. then found the original ones under a piece of wood.. lolI’m really over the moon with this fire it’s really good quality for the money and looks fabulous
