KnowIT is by far the best supplement available for memory recall. We have tried other products for my mother’s dementia but they have had no effect. This is good for mental clarity and energy for sure. It is essentially a high dose of B vitamins plus a few other goodies. I have previously had the vitamin B injection which lasted me two or three months, I would rate this as similar but with the added bonus of reducing the dose if required without having to wait to get it out of your system over a few months.

I have been hearing so much about this product being able to help with tinnitus so I decided to try it. unfortunately, I have since had to stop as I found my skin was getting incredibly itchy. This is the only thing I can think of which has caused it as since I stopped taking the supplement daily the itching has stopped.
