I am almost finished my 2nd bottle of the Keto BHB and ACV and had no positive results. My blood sugar went up a little over my normal readings. I still felt hungry and I got indegestion and I love eating spicy stuff but never got indegestion until taking these pills. I used the maximum dosage for 2 whole bottles. Did nothing positive for me. In my opinion the company is a little shady. They send me emails asking me to buy products from other companies they know and they say they will pay your PayPal the amount of the item so you can get it free. Very strange...
