Buy this product!! I keep it in the fridge, it has a light citrus taste. Much much easier to swallow than other chalky powder ones. I am a runner and can feel the effectiveness with my pain relief in my joints.

This was an easy edition to my supplement stack as it is tasty and convenient to take. It can be mixed or taken alone, I prefer the latter. Further, since this product is liposomal your body will be able to absorb more of it so nothing goes to waste. Besides the collagen, my joints are loving the chondroitin and glucosamine found here as well. For anyone, but especially those physically active - this is exactly what you need to go the extra mile. I used this Rho Nutrition Liposomal Collagen Peptides - High-Absorption Liquid Collagen Supplement for just under a month. The taste is fine, so no issues taking it daily. After using a bottle, I have not noticed any results. The ad shows clinical results for after 90 days, so I need to take it longer, but at almost $50 for a month's supply, it is a costly experiment.
