Kizer Militaw: Tactical Precision in Your Pocket
The Kizer Militaw is like a special forces operative disguised as an EDC knife—sleek, efficient, and ready for action at a moment’s notice. The 3.36" Nitro V blade is razor-sharp, tough, and corrosion-resistant, making it perfect for slicing, piercing, and handling daily missions like a pro. Whether you’re opening a package or cutting rope, this blade means business. Now, let’s talk about the action—because, my friend, it’s smoother than a covert op on a moonless night. The thumb hole and front flipper work together like a well-trained unit, deploying the blade fast and effortlessly. And closing it? It glides shut like a Black Hawk landing on a dime—controlled, precise, and oddly satisfying. The G10 and Micarta handle provides a secure, no-slip grip, ensuring maximum control in any situation. Plus, with the deep-carry pocket clip, this knife disappears like a stealth recon team until you need it.Final Verdict:The Kizer Militaw is battle-ready EDC gear—sharp, smooth, and tactical in every way. 10/10—so smooth, you’ll feel like a knife-wielding special operator, even if you’re just opening a snack.

Quality Overall EDC
Action is silky smooth, blade is razor sharp, fit and finish is great. If you need an EDC for a good price, 100% this is one to consider. I love Kizer's designs, however this knife knocks it out on all ends.

FANTASTIC KNIFE - with 1 small issue
If you have any doubts, put them aside, this is a great knife, and if you like it, buy it, IT'S WORTH IT!!! If you know anything about Kizer then you will know the amazing quality that you get. This knife does not disappoint. The blade shape, materials, finish, and overall design are phenomenal. This knife would be a 5/5 if it wasn't for 1 small issue, the blade hole, whilst aesthetically pleasing, does not work. Now it doesn't work because I have an xxl size hand. If you have large or smaller hands, this would not be an issue at all. Otherwise great heat treat on 154CM, great G10, and wood inlay.

Nice blade
Excellent blade. Action is smooth and quick. The front flipper is kind of tricky and needs practice. Overall Kizer makes good stuff!

Too much fun!
The media could not be loaded. Fun, functional and fidgety. What more can you ask for?Three deployment methods and all work well. Thumb hole allows for standard deployment and the “spidey flick.” Front flipper tab isn’t the easiest but is very useable with some practice. What the front flipper lacks the reverse flick “spidey flick” makes up in spades. The G10 is grippy but not in the way that will shred your pocket with regular use. The PEI is a nice touch with it being semitransparent it makes the cutouts in the liners part of its aesthetic. Quality of the knife in hand is nice. It has a little weight to it but is only heavy is compared to a Pyrite lite or Bugout. This is a full size pocket knife but still manages to almost to almost be forgotten because it carries so well. In classic Kizer form this blade is made of 154CM and finished very nicely. The real treasure of this model is in its action. Opens like a spring assisted and drops shut after disengaging the line lock. I believe you’d be hard pressed to find a better offing at this price point with better fit, finish and presentation of product. The box is strange but undeniably fun. All around, another great piece from Kizer that you’ll love using or adding to your carefully curated collection.

I can’t deploy it one handed fast enough, to consideriit as a self defense blade.
I like the looks and feel of the knife. It seems solid and well built, and balanced. But it’s really made to open with two hands. That video shows someone opening with a swing of their thumb, well I don’t believe it. You can open it with hole in the blade, but it’s awkward and slow. Nothing like a spiderco, that’s easy to flip open. You can’t sling it open either, like you can with a Benchmade. They need to ask Emerson to let them put that sling opener on there blades. This really is just a common manual opening knife. I want to update my review. It can be opened one handed. I just went about it wrong. It doesn’t flip open like other flippers, you have to hold it different. Rotate it so you can barely open it with your thumb, then flip it open with your wrist, it actually works great that way, so I am now going to change my rating to a 5 star. I really enjoy opening the way they designed it now.

"Does Someone Need a Knife?"
My parents bought this for my husband for Christmas and he absolutely loves it. From the moment he got it, if anyone needed a knife he was on standby (literally). This knife is definitely sharp. Even I was impressed by the swiftness of the blade popping out but also how sharp it was. My husband loves the size, weight and color of this knife. This particular pattern gives it very ATCQ vibes which we like. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for an exceptional pocketknife without breaking the bank!
