I love this grounding mat! So easy to put on the bed, plug into the ground wire and go! Nice to use the power of the mat when I'm sleeping. I sleep great and it helps with my leg cramping & leg inflammation. I was skeptical but am enjoying feeling refreshed in the mornings!

This Grounding mat fits across my bed. I lay on it and I can feel the sensation from it. I find myself falling a sleep fast. Great alternative when one can't go out in nature to ground in the earth. Great for the price.

I read reviews about the continuity/conductivity issues with this mat, but I thought I’d try it anyway. Don’t bother. As soon as it arrived, I tested the cord with a multimeter, and there was no continuity from one end to the other. There was also no continuity on the mat. Learn from my mistake. Off to do more research to find one that actually works.

I haven’t noticed any difference. Not sure yet. I’ll be happy to change my review when I notice a difference.

Works very well feeling great, no pain

I believe in grounding but that fact that the pen that comes with this mat turns on even when it's not plugged in makes me feel like this product is fake, the pen should only work while it's plugged in to ground but even if you use it on the mat when it's not plugged in, the pen still lights up, I'll give it more time

This mat had different effects on different people and animals at home. My friend says he felt a slight tingling at first but it stopped soon enough He does not notice any difference in pain or relaxation or anything else.When I sat with my feet on it, I did not feel any tingling but within 5 minutes, I fell asleep - a deep sleep in the fore-noon. I was not tired, just sitting for a cup of mid-morning tea! I thought it was a one off but nope. I sat on it the next day and fell asleep the same way. I have noticed a decrease is aches and pains as well. Now, I will use it at nights just before bed, because the sleep is very relaxing.My dog likes to sit on this too. She gets a relaxed, almost beatific smile on her face. when she is on it. She does not sit for long though.

Perfect size for feet and for chair. Works fine. I was skeptical but it is easy and I feel better and sleep better.
