Happy with the purchase
Very pleased with the purchase. The tea pot is elegant and a good size for our family tea time. Tea does not drip while pouring. However, as other reviews mention, screw on the lid could be better fixed as it started loosening on day 2. Hopefully Gorilla glue will be able to fix the problem.

Well made, an object of beauty, and it works
This is a well built teapot that fits together well. The shine is just lovely and it is more than just a traditional teapot. There is an insert that fits snuggly in the top that supports the infuser. This makes it easier to poor hot water in and the infuser is a great place to put a tea bag too. Forget putting a tea bag in a cup and then scooping it out, you get about four cups of tea out of one tea bag with this. Afterwards, you can just pull the infuser out, take it to your bin and tip out the tea bag. Much more convenient and saves money! The knob on the lid is screwed in with a Philips screw which can be tightened if it becomes loose with the heat from hot water. This is lovely to have and built to last. And works very well.

Nice pourer looks good
Bought this to use normal tea bags and its hard to fish them out after use due to the lip on the inside that holds the infuser Tried putting the bags in the infuser but you have to really fill the pot to get the bags in the water so not so good if youre just doing a 2 cup fill. I do like the pot and will use it but wouldnt buy next time for these reasons.

Good teapot
Nice looking teapot, but lid and handle do get very hot when using on gas hob. Holds about 4 mugs of tea, overall pleased with purchase.

Immediately leak from seal below spout
Really not good quality, was leaking as soon as I used it, from the seam below the spout. Returned.

Small opening for the strainer
The strainer. Has good filters and the teapot pours well. The nob on the lid came off so cannot open lid

Great kettle just one problem
Really like this kettle just one issue the knob on the lid keeps coming loose. Eventually glued the screw in place with Gorilla glue at seems to have sorted the problem. Have another teapot smaller same make same problem same fix. Manufacturers really need to sort this out, it spoils a great teapot
