Unlike other products, this device has a unique design. It feels good on skin and promotes smoother skin and reduces wrinkles. What I also like is the great finish and color and the included charging base. You can even use this as a decorative item without anyone realizing what it actually does:)

Update: the company contacted me and was extremely helpful and willing to make things right. They sent me a final product that worked! Part of the issue was user error. There is a protective cap (a very well disguised cap 😅) on the massage head that needs to be removed before use. I am enjoying my face massager as part of my nightly routine now! The first one I received, the entire head was snapped off at the neck straight out of a sealed box. I returned it and got a replacement. Everything seemed fine. It charged, turned on, etc. but the massager/vibration doesn’t work at all. It’s supposed to detect contact with the skin. Pretty frustrating to have to keep returning the same product.

It lasted one week.

This massager is in sleek design and good quality. The materials is like premium fell, and the head is very friendly to skin. The functionality is good overall. sculpting on the skin is soothing. And I like the charging base, which makes it shine in the washroom. A good product with affordable price.

I have been wanting to get a device like this to see if it actually works and if its worth the hype. I'm still on the fence, I'm not sure if it's the device or if I am just not patient enough. I used this for almost a month straight, and tried all of the settings, even the vibration. Which was recommended, and I mean it doesn't feel like it's vibrating when pushed against my skin, not even a noise so I'm not sure if that's how it's intended design-wise. Now, do not do what I did and do this without any kind of OIL, not moisturizer, you need a good face oil to use this without rubbing your skin raw or even burning it. The device gets hot if you hold it in one spot for too long and I haven't personally been marked but I could see it happening if you are not using the proper moisture on your face. I noticed with a moisturizer this device just pushes the product around and it either peels or clumps. Very strange, but when I use a face oil, it works perfectly without any dragging or burning. The cleaning rag is the only saving grace for cleaning this thing since you can not use water. So I have used some makeup wipes to help clean up the residue from the last usage. Overall, I would like to keep trying this product out but for now, no results and I just hope I'm doing it right at this point.
