The Zen Patches help me deal with my anxiety and stress of the day. I am in a lot of pain and these patches help my during the day and at the end of the day. I like the fact that I can take them off and on. I put them on different parts of my body. My legs are sore sometimes and I put the patches on them; they stick well and smell nice. I don’t drink but I can feel my body and mind relax the more I wear them. I especially like Ashwagandha and Gaba combination for a holistic approach to stress. They help stabilize my mode and I read that the more you use Ashwagandha, to better it works overtime for your body. Sometimes I will wear 2 anxiety patches if I feel overwhelmed, and boy, does that help me relax. I can tell the days I don’t wear the patches, so I try and wear them every day and they stay on in the shower or bath, which is helpful. Sometimes they will leave a little mark on my skin but it comes off pretty easily with soap and water. I like wearing the Zen Patch because I take so many pills daily that my stomach is a mess. I love these patches. They are super thin and once on you don't even notice them. They stay on all day without peeling off however when you want to take them off they are easy to remove and I never have any sticky residue left behind. When I'm traveling I will place one on my wrist and within the hour im feeling calmer and more relaxed without feeling groggy or sleepy. These patches are so easy to use and really do help you relax. I would recommend these patches to anyone that wants to bring a little calm into their life.
