There is no dedicated ground wire to this.
Requires a 20A breaker suitable for your main panel. You must have an electrician or electrical engineer install this!After too many brown-outs, black-outs and surges to my expensive electric stove/convection/microwave wall unit, I ended up replacing many circuit boards in this unit at great expense. I ultimately had to get a new unit, and with whole house surge protection, I am safe from electrical surges that can harm my washing machine, oven, dryer, and inline water heater electronics.

Living in the lightning capital of the world Florida where you need all the extra protection you can get and hopefully this will help.Too early to tell just yet but its definitely an easy install and well built.
