Well, I would love to rate this Massage Pillow. Unfortunately, although it arrived quickly, it was dead as a dodo when it did. I understand now, why other unlucky customers single out the power plug as the culprit, it is the cheapest load of tat you can imagine, and I knew the second it rattled that it was not going to work. There are a couple of up-sides though. The first is that Amazon will have it replaced in the blink of an eye. The second is that there are hundreds of quality transformer plugs to choose from, to upgrade the pillow's power supply, and give it a longer power cord in the process. The supplied power cord is 1.5M, which is acceptable (if it worked). But I am probably going to upgrade the plug to a better one, with a three metre cord. If anyone wishes to do the same, here are the specs you need to search for on Amazon:Output is 12V DC, 2AmpConnector is a standard 5.5mm outside diameter barrel plug, with a 2.1mm inner socket, centre positive. These plugs usually have a yellow insulator insert.I had a quick look around Amazon and there are more of these than you can shake a stick at. Some of these power units are used for CCTV cameras, so you can buy better units with hilariously long power cords if you want.It is a shame mine was dead-on-arrival, because the pillow itself actually looks great, with good stitching and nice-feeling materials. Oh well, second time lucky.Replacement pillow:As usual, Amazon replaced the faulty item super quick without drama. The second pillow has the same transformer plug as before. Rather than buy a better transformer, I bought an extension cable ready for the arrival of the replacement pillow. The second pillow works fine and I have increased the rating from 1 to 5 because it has genuinely helped relieve the knotted/trapped nerve in my back. I could not understand why all these pillows seem to have a 15 minute timer cut-off. But now that I have a working unit, that's really all you need, because after every session, my back and shoulders feel very relaxed. The heat function is superb, and the massage speed feature on this particular pillow works well. The massage direction button is a bit superfluous, as it does not over-ride the 60 second automatic change of direction that operates by default. So not quite sure why it's there?? I was concerned that the power button might get pressed off while the pillow was between my back and the sofa, but that has not happened at all. So very happy with the working replacement, especially as I now have the 3M extension cable, and know that I can buy replacement transformers easily, if the one that came with the pillow dies. I ordered this because I only get pedicures for the massage chair at the Salon I go to. It releives my back pain and is just WONDERFUL.And it's expensive.I ordered this in the vauge hope that I could get a regular effective massage at home, and let me tell you it has not disappointed me! 😳It has a really strong massage, plus heat function and is pure Bliss.And it didn't break the bank at all!It's totally paid for itself on the first night!Absolutely recommend this! 🙌💕

Product Review: Disappointing and Non-FunctionalI regret purchasing this massager. The device is riddled with issues and does not work as advertised. The speed setting is stuck and does not change regardless of what I try, rendering the “customizable speed” feature useless.Additionally, the left massager doesn’t function at all, leaving only half of the massaging area operational—if you can even call it that. To make matters worse, the heat function, one of the main reasons I chose this product, does not work either.Overall, this product has failed on every level. It’s a waste of money and a source of frustration rather than relief. Avoid at all costs!

It gives a very good massage and is easy to use. The power cable is long enough but the plug is needlessly big and can be difficult to plug in if the socket is close something.The massage the cushion gives is very good, but the motors are a bit noisy (not too much).Overall I am happy with the item and it helped relieve my back pain.
