The media could not be loaded. I have used this vacuum for about a month. It is really impressive how smart it is that can map my both floors’ layout quite accurately. I didn’t read instruction at the beginning and had some hard time edit the map. It is actually pretty straightforward and easy to operate once spend couple minutes to read the manual. Now after I have map configured with no mop area for the rug, it is just a no-brainer, all I need is selecting different floor map to use then hit start. It will automatically vacuum the whole floor and won’t mop the rug area I set, really cool. My dog sheds a lot, this vacuum moves to every corner it can fit in and vacuums all the dust, fur/hair pretty well, once done, it goes back to the base if at same floor, self empty to the bag in the base then start charging. Save me lot of time and effort!

The media could not be loaded. This is such a game changer!!! It saves so much of my time. I have two dogs so I have to spend my time off vacuuming the floor ALL THE TIME!!!! If you also have pets, please get this! 10/10 strongly recommended. With the price as well, I compared it with Roomba and the other brands. This one mops, vacuum and self empty. And the app is very easy to use.

I recently purchased the Tikom Vacuum and Mop, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with its performance. This machine works exceptionally well, with powerful suction that effortlessly captures even the finest dust particles. I followed the instruction, it mapped the house and did a good job of cleaning the floor once I dialed it in. How ever, the stupid app and robot started to add lines to the map that told the robot not to clean that area. I reset every thing and had to re map the house again. Then it was very hard and difficult to edit the map and add what I want it to do. The manufacture needs to step up there game. I want a dependable robot and app that will work every day not just the first time out of the box. Also this robot does not know how to efficiency choose a path and clean the room it does a lot of circles and short pass's when it could do longer pass's and save time. This product had a 5 star review now it gets a 1 star review until the manufacture steps up there game and then gives me a new and improved app and robot not a piece of junk or a stupid robot! this review will stay the way it is THE TRUTH!!

The media could not be loaded. This Tikicom robot vacuum and mop is amazing! I love how the robot is set up to clean and the features on the app. I like how I can set it up to clean in a certain place and time. It’s easy to handle and I don’t have to look for the robot anymore since I can easily track it on the app. The house layout map was navigated in a mind blowing amount of time. I also don’t have to always clean the robot everyday now, which makes it very convenient because it self cleans.

I had an old Tikom model upstairs which I setup to vacuum 10am every morning, it has been working flawlessly for 1yr+.I bought this one mainly because it has the self-emptying feature, so i can use it downstairs. Super easy to connect to app, takes couple of minutes to scan the room and builds the map. I can edit the map (split/merge room, or add restricted area). Then one more click, it starts working.I never got a problem with Tikom Robot and would really like to recommend to anyone.

This is my second Tikom vacuum, the first one was usually used downstairs for dining and living room area and I set up this new L-9000 vacuum for upstairs rooms which are mostly covered with carpets, and this little robot has made my life so much easier. Its powerful suction works especially well on carpets, and it comes with a large dust collector that reduces the need for frequent emptying. The robot vacuum really really really helps easing my cleaning tasks.
