This is brilliant!
I've tried the mylar 'emergency' blankets to keep warm before. Try as you might, you never really get them to completely cover you and the wind always creeps in. Plus, your head isn't covered unless you curl into a ball. This poncho does completely cover you provided you kneel or sit down with your legs tucked. The head covering is large enough for all but Andre the Giant, and you can bring your arms in from the arm holes. Place a small long-burn candle by your feet and you'll stay warm all night. The design keeps the wind out since the poncho is oversized and can be cinched around you.As a poncho, the front and back side go to my knees when I'm standing (I'm 6'+ with boots on) and does a good job of covering up my body and a small to medium pack I might be carrying. You can feel the heat being reflected back as soon as you put this on. Keep it loose and billowy to avoid sweating and getting wet - wet and cold is a killer combo.Like most mylar blankets, this is thin. It seems a little heavier than most, but I don't expect it to last more than a couple days of hard use. But you get 4 ponchos in a pack, so good value for the price. I was actually able to roll this up into a fist sized ball after wearing it, but there's no way it would ever go back into the original packaging. Throw one in your coat pocket, car trunk, pack and forget about it until you need it. You won't be sorry.

I like it
I got to tell you that Color would discourage you to wear it but if your trucker or hazardous man working on the road or hazardous situation this is the color you want where is safe and durable and it will keep your heat inside during the cold season

Surprisingly durable
For a mylar poncho this is surprisingly durable. It is not tearing or peeling and I have roughed it up quite a bit. What I like best is it is an "EMF burka" that covers most of your body. It is very roomy, great big hood. Being large makes it breezy and not too hot, since I want to wear this as much as possible to block EMFs. Way better than a tin foil hat. And I can play in the rain.

Survival Poncho
It's light enough to be stored in my go bag and will also be kept in my vehicle in case of emergency.

Great value
I was expecting less. Good quality for me it was a little bit big but other family members were happy with it. They are M-XL

Short
Watched a YouTube video on this product after the purchase. This poncho is really not very large. Arm coverage looked to be from the elbow up on the arm portion, & right above knee level when standing. If you’re in an emergency situation & have nothing else, this product may get the job done. It’s not meant to be worn more than once from what I’ve seen.
