Great bike for kids!
I ordered the 20-inch model for our 9-year-old, and it's been a perfect fit. The build quality is solid, and the adjustable seat makes it easy to get the right height as the child grows. The handbrake works smoothly and gives our child more control while riding. What really stood out was the seller — incredibly responsive and helpful! They stayed in touch, answered all my questions about assembly and technical details, and made sure everything went smoothly.Highly recommend both the bike and the seller!

Nice bike!
Because of worthless father issues my Grandson hasn't ever owned a bike or even rode one and he is 11. I tried to get him a bike large enough with training wheels and couldn't find one. I finally found this one, 20 inch, but it arrived with no training wheels. I contacted the seller and they immediately (next day) contacted me back and informed me they had sent some. Have not got the training wheels yet but I put it together. The video is great and it was very simple. It seems very sturdy and what I really liked is it has disk brakes, sort of. They are round sprockets with calipers, sort of I guess. They are already on the wheels and need no adjusting. Nice little bike.

Great bike
It's a great bike for the price. It looks the same as in the pictures. The packaging was good, all the protruding elements were protected, so nothing was damaged. It even had a metal retainer on the fork, so it wasn't bent. Assembling was as easy as expected, the only thing you need is tools, like wrenches and Allen keys, and an air pump. The brake pads were making a snuffling sound when the wheels were rotating, so I adjusted them using an Allen key, and now it's fine. The rubber on the steering handles gradually comes off while riding, and we have to push them back.Overall, it is a great beginner's bike for kids, much better than the other one we ordered from Amazon for a higher price.

Some of the good and some of the bad.
Major con: it came without assembly instructions, but it comes with a small card that encourages you to go to their website in order to find the instructions, but they do not list the site on the card, you have to find it yourself. We finally found the site and found the webpage that has the assembly instructions for a lot of bikes, but they had no instructions for the 18" bike we purchased. The chain came off after about 1/2 hours of rider; I keep wondering if we had instructions, if we could have avoided this, and other problems such as the handlebars and the seat constantly moving on our little biker.Major con #2: Some handlebars have groves in them that line up with similar groves in the front forks; these groves prevent the handlebars from moving back and forth; that is, the handlebars get lock in place. The handlebars on this bike (and the seat post) are very smooth, making it very hard to get them tight enough so they don't move forward and backwards on your little bicyclist. We kept tightening the screws, but worried they might get stripped out.We had other issues with this bike, but these are the big ones. On the positive side, the bike seems like it is fairly decent construction; for example, the frame appears to be strong but some of the other parts seem more fragile.
