Off Road Awesome
We went for this hoverboard because you can go off road with it. We live in Swansea City which has plenty of rural areas and lots green spaces, sandy beaches and forests, so this device gives us a great range of places we can actually use it.The board is heavy to carry, is very chunky, is wider and further away from the ground than any other hoverboard we have seen, but comes with a carry bag which could do with an over the holder carry strap. It has tyres rather than solid wheels, great lights front and back, bluetooth sound for your tunes, and an array of indicators lights. The three green lights on the right hemisphere are for battery power level, the two greens on the left are for balance mode on, battery on, and the final one is unlit most of the time. The final light is the warning light for when things go wrong and goes red with an audible bleep.Faults are listed in the poor manual, which states things like battery level, balance of the scooter, going too fast, or other faults, but the instructions do not tell you how to solve these issues, or indeed which issue is actually the problem. Like all hoverboards, you will need to re balance it from time to time.We needed to rebalance as my son went speeding into a grass ridge from concrete and went flying. If you follow the instructions you won't be able to re balance the board. You need to turn the board off using the power button when it is on its wheels. remove the board to a level surface like a table and put the board on its underside with the wheels not touching the table. press and hold power button for 3 to 5 seconds and it will beep and all the lights will flash. The instructions tell you to switch it off again, but this just cancels the balancing mode. Instead, press and hold the power off button until you get another beep, then let go and the board will power off. This time when you power up the red light should have gone and your free to go and try and level up.The board had three difficulty levels, beginner, normal, and advanced, which seems to alter how sensitive it is, and how fast it will go. We us it on beginner at the moment while we practice. Users are My sons 9 and 7, mum and dad around 40 years. My daughter 4 doesn't have a scooby do, and gave up. The two boys were up and running on the first day, including off road on grass and muddy paths. Mum and dad have been a lot slower and can maange on concrete only. No falls for any one yet though, I think mainly as we are using beginner mode. You change the mode by using the app from the Google play called Hoverboard I, by using the QR code at the end of the instructions. The app is by no means amazing, and I did have bluetooth pairing issues initially, but once i got the board outside away from interference, it worked fine. Altering mode is just a push button, and you can see speed, how far you have been, accurate battery level, and a nice feature where you can track your travel that day on a map via gps. The lights on off feature doesn't work however, if you wanted to save a little power on the way home.Battery wise we have no complaints, we haven't tested it properly yet, but it seems we can easily do three hours off road with adult and child users. It comes with a uk charger, and again takes about 3 hours for a full charge. The changer port could do with a cap or cover, as it rains a lot in swansea so it can easily get wet which means you have to dry it before charging at home. The Hoverboard is IP 5,4 so it is resistant to water and dirt which is clearly necessary given its intended use. We have deliberately avoided puddles, but wet mud and grass have produced no issues. In conclusion, if you live in a major city and never leave, you won't get the most from this hoverboard and others on the market are cheaper, flashier and more manoeuvrable. On the other hand, if you want to go out in the wet, and want to go off road, or you are a heavier user, or you want the whole family to be able to use it, then you should give this board a try.

Excellent fun for the whole family
Oh my, this was excellent! I bought them for my kids for Christmas, but hubby and I have had so much fun going on them ourselves! I thought it would be really hard but both of us picked it up quite quickly and have spent ages playing on them. The kids like them too 😆They seem really well built and sturdy.

Terrible product and even worse customer service.
Only gave it 1 star because it could give it none. Emailed supplier well over a week ago now and now response to my queries. Board cannot be selected via the app for normal/beginner/expert use. Battery runs out of charge after 90 minutes of light use. Awaiting response before sending back before returns deadline. Avoid.

Highly recommendable
I love the sturdy structure and the fact that you can ride on gravelled driveways. It moves smoothly and would highly recommend this product. The Bluetooth connection is an added bonus and the sound is fantastic. I bought this product for my 12 year old daughter for Christmas and it was a massive hit. Within half an hour she was flying round the house and outside.

Amazing
Got this for my 10year old daughter for Xmas and I have to say it’s fantastic, I have had a go and the fact you can control the setting via your phone and Bluetooth music on it is brilliant.
