Definitely help with reducing wrist pain. I agree that they hurt between the fingers in certain poses and some extra padding would help but overall, the positive outweighs the negative.

Bought these because when I'm doing yoga I ache in my wrists and when my hands get sweaty I slide around all over the place. Brilliant for both. Yoga is 10 times easier than it was. I don't slide around and my wrists don't ache anywhere near as much.The only reason it's not 5 stars is because it slides up your hands and is a little uncomfortable between your fingers. It doesn't hurt but it's a minor discomfort. Nothing compared to the discomfort I was feeling without the gloves though.

I received these gloves very quickly (next day) but I'm not happy with the way they fit. The gel pad seems to be too far away from the wrist (where my pain is), although they do lift the palm away from the surface. They are very tight fitting and take some getting on and off, even though the measurements correspond with the chart (my knuckle measurement is 7.25" which corresponds with S size). The fingers are quite tight but do have some 'give'. I am reluctant to use them as then I can't return them, and also return postage is £3.99 (quite high).I wonder if anyone else has had these problems that have since been resolved with wear?

I was a bit sceptical about reading the reviews and bought them because I have base thumb arthritis and didn’t want my hands stopping me from exercising.I love these! I have quite small hands and bought a medium and they just perfect, really comfy! I’m going to try them in yoga and then HIIT, wish me luck!!haha

I purchased a pair of these years ago as my wrists hurt in yoga. They made amazing difference. My thumb and wrist pain has got worse over the years and I have just purchased another pair to use when I go on my road bike.They take all the shock from the bumpy road out of the ride so that my ride is still enjoyable.Would recommend these gloves for anyone with arthritic wrists and thumb joints.

These have a ‘weightlifting glove’ design but are slightly more rigid and have angled padding for the heel of the hand. I bought them as they specifically say They are beneficial for arthritis pain. Unfortunately I found that, when doing an exercise that bears weight in the wrist eg plank, they didn’t help at all. The pain was every bit as uncomfortable. If you don’t suffer from wrist pain then they may be ok but what’s the point? Sadly another gimmick in my opinion.

Used a couple of times now.The stitches between the fingers hurts, however the bigger problem for me is that the padding doesn’t cover the whole bottom half of your hand I have parts of my hands that stays ‘un cushioned’ and it’s even more painful that not using it at all? Maybe I got the wrong size? Not sure as I went by the measurements. Quite disappointed as it’s not cheap and I REALLY wanted something to help me practice yoga without pain.I would love to hear from the manufacturer. Thanks 🙏🏽

I purchased both these and yoga paws to see which would be best for the wrist pain I get any time I do weight bearing yoga poses. I knew instantly that these were the gloves for me, the wedge shaped support puts my wrists in the perfect position and I was able to complete an entire practice without pain! Seriously, buy these. Your wrists will thank you!!!

I practice every day and have worn out two pairs of Wrist Assured gloves. I was dismayed to find that they’ve increased in price to $70! I am DELIGHTED to find these Blue Dove gloves—they offer exactly the same kind of angled wrist support for $29, and the wrist strap is actually better. So far, I’m THRILLED. THANK YOU.
