Update: The rubber gasket broke and I emailed them at jiahukit@sina.com and they were awesome! Sending me 2 new gaskets.I have been using an Ambiano personal blender from Aldi for a few years now and have been happy with it, but the blades became dull. I was looking for a personal blender that had larger cups, as I use smoothies for meal replacement and the smaller cups (16 oz) made smoothies super thick and chunky. I am so happy with this new blender. It's comparable to a bullet, and came with huge 30ish oz cups so my smoothies are more liquified since I'm able to add more water. The best part is that there are no chunks! I like that this blender comes with a travel lid with a spout that snaps shut - my old one had a separate travel lid and an open mouth so it was messier. I cant say how it does with ice, but it did great with frozen fruit and protein powder. Overall very impressed for the price.

As of 05/2020 I've had this now for about 6 months, and I use it almost daily. It is really powerful... even very hard ingredients like beets and carrots are no match for this thing, they are obliterated in seconds. (Note: It will not completely liquefy hard ingredients like this, so be prepared to "chew" your smoothie just a little bit). I really love how it has two choices of size containers. The bigger size is enormous -- you could make a super smoothie that would be the equivalent of two meals, and the smaller size is perfect for one typical small smoothie (one scoop of protein powder and some fruit). The drinking lid is very well designed because it latches securely, and it does not leak at all. Clean-up is a breeze. Overall, 5 stars because it's just so fast and convenient for making smoothies.Caution: When I first started using it, sometimes it would emit a smokey smell, which alarmed me ... but that has gone away now. However, I would caution against running it for more than 10 seconds at once. It is so powerful, that I think it can overheat very easily, but there is no way you would need to run it for more than 10 seconds anyway because it's so powerful. It's never taken longer than 5 seconds to blend anything I've put in it.

I like the way it looks, and the idea of making a smoothie and than taking it away in the same container.Why I cut a star:- I was looking for something which was completely sealed. But from this liquid leaks out if I almost fill it or even when I run it for long time.- Difficult to clean if it leaks: Now ideally I won't cut a star for that, as it indicates a max range and if I am careful I can doge that, but once if it leaks (coz of pressure increase once it mixes stuff, ad it is bound to happen), than there is no way to properly clean it. I even unscrewed it to clean it, but realized it's more complicated than that.- Finally small container given with it is useless. It leakes rather quickly.

What a great product. Powerful, quiet, easy to clean, and very reasonably priced. I've used the other bullet blender for years but its more expensive, it tends to leak and it's very noisy. I needed to replace my old blender and I decided to try this Chulux blender, so glad I did. I wanted extra cups for it so I contacted the company through their facebook site and for a very reasonable price they are shipping another set.Highly recommend!

Bought it sometime ago. Still work wonders. Very happy with this product and making organic smoothies daily. Easy to use.Recommending this product.

This was obviously returned to seller then reshipped as new: some of the cord had been pulled out from both sides of the twist-tie and more important, one prong was bent quite a bit toward the plug's center (see photos). Both the outside and interior retail boxes were crushed a bit on one end, but it was the end away from the motor and cord.The plug allowed me to gently straighten it w/pliers and my test run w/just water in the blending cups was fine - - no leaks. This blender lives up to its power rating yet is surprisingly quiet - - at least when not blending ice cubes. I whipped 4 eggs w/ some spices and a good dash of water (always do for my scrambled eggs - - keeps moist when water effectively steams as eggs cook). In seconds, the eggs were creamy and perfectly blended.This is a very sturdy machine, heavy motor base w/strong suction cups that grab the counter. Based on my first use, I say this is a great value.

I love having my smoothie every day so I was over the moon when this arrived. At first, it was perfect, easy to clean, blended everything well, and I could have a giant smoothie to drink through my day as I worked from home. However, over the very short time that I had it (I got it near December 2020), the large cup began to crack and a little liquid would leak out. My guess is that I would fill it up too much but IDK what was too much. Then one day I was sitting on my bed and reached for my large cup from my nightstand but because it is too big for my hands and I just put on lotion I dropped it and from that barely passable height to my floor and it full-on shattered sending smoothie everywhere. It's been weeks since I have reached out, for a second time, to them with the insurance that I also bought and still haven't heard nor received a replacement. While that sucks and all I would be willing to move on if I could just find a cup to buy to replace it but I can't. I would hate to throw this away but now the small cup is also cracking and once it goes what good is it to me even if the blender part still works? I am definitely looking to buy another brand now.
