I've had to purchase multiple charges of this variety for my electric longboard. Although this one looked the most cheaply designed it has lasted longer than the more expensive ones I've purchased with thicker cords. The other ones have come apart at the box and eventually stopped working but this one has been in use outdoors for three and a half months

I have to give appropriate kudos to the seller of this product. When the first one I received was less than satisfactory, they immediately and without hesitation, shipped out a replacement unit without requiring the old one back.So why four stars and not five? The first one I received overcharged the l-ion pack to 42.3V when 42.0 is supposed to be the limit cutoff. The replacement one still overcharges but only to 42.1. If you know l-ion technology, overcharging reduces the overall life of the battery pack (undercharging is far better) and runs the risk of fire (not at 42.1 or even 42.3). Both of the units, get very hot to the touch- it is a sealed unit with no ventilation and obviously no cooling fan. The unit is not UL listed although it has other certifications on it (and seller never claimed UL listed so it wasn't a surprise). It's definitely a low end unit which is serving purely as a backup for meWith the seller standing behind their product, you can't go wrong buying it, just don't expect it to be something more than it is - a cheap charger.

I loved the price. It takes about 3 to 4 hours to completely charge my bike. It's long enough to plug in on my porch and reach the bike off the porch.

We recently moved across the country. During the move we lost our daughters scooter charger. We purchased this as a replacement charger. There is a light on the power cord box that turns on when it’s plugged in, however the cord does not charge the scooter.

We needed a charger that my son could carry in his backpack on long rides to recharge for his return trip and we didn't want to use his primary charger. This fit the bill nicely. We made sure to test it and it worked well. It was also priced well. We are happy with the purchase.
