Great for storage.

THESE CONTAINERS ARE PERFECT FOR LARGE 2" CUBE OR SPHERE ICE. THE LIDS ARE A BIT DIFFICULT TO FASTEN BUT OTHERWISE DO THE JOB WELL.

What can I say? Holds my ice but it won't hold my Rubik's cube. I did have one break when it fell out of my freezer. Tip: Don't overload your freezer so stuff falls out.

For the price point, I was surprised when I actually got these containers in my hand. They are a lot more lightweight plastic than I was expecting. The look, feel, & design doesn't necessarily translate to each of these containers being $8. Do they hold 2" cubes? Yes. Do they take up more room than they should? Also yes. There's unnecessary wasted space between the top of the cube & the lid (which can be finnicky to snap on) which may not matter much until you want to stack them. Overall, it does what it's supposed to & I probably wouldn't quibble much about it if they were about $10 cheaper for the set.

Perfect trays for the process, a bit pricey but durable and stand the test of time. Have stored 50 batches at least to date without issue.

This ice-making system is wonderful. The clear ice had impressed my friends and is the talk of the party.

My husband makes large cubes for his cocktails. This has been a life changer. He used to have to boil the water and thenmake the cubes and freeze between 24 and 36 hours. With this, no need to boil the water! And takes much less time!
