RügenFisch Herring in Tomato Sauce, 7.05 Ounce

It's not what I expected, although not necessarily unexpected if it is clear it is dense, smoked herring covered with sauce.I'm used to very flaky, very lightly smoked, tender herring in these types of tins, so i am a bit disappointed.That said, the herring itself was tasty. Not so much the sauce, I'm afraid.I have one more tin to eat, but won't order these again if I can get other tins with fish more suited to my palate

Thecsauce is watery and not very flavorful. Cannot compete with Appel or Aldi brand

still one of the best tasting + quality of canned fish.

Excellent quality for a reasonable price and well packed.

box was a little big for one can of fish
