If you change your battery, it is always a good idea to use new felt washers. Depending on the car and how long you had the battery disconnected, you may have to reset memories, radio settings, and drive to regain OBDII flags for emissions tests. If you have to have an emissions inspection, wait until after your inspection to disconnect the battery or it could be a hassle.These felt washers are a good choice.

Good product. Made of felt and fit the anodes just fine, maybe a little big (it wasn’t a tight fit). Overall happy with the product and does what it needed to do.
