This is the exact item, style and size (L) given to me after my surgery, but this one was really difficult to fasten. Post-op, a medical tech had helped me put the original item on and she helped fasten the hooks/eyes. This one seems tighter, but I'm sure will stretch, but I could have used a helping hand putting this one on. The item arrived clean and brand new; I was worried since I had read reviews in which other garments were obviously used and dirty but sold as new. This one is perfect and really does the job. I have to sleep in a compression garment for the first 3 weeks post-op, and this is only the beginning of week 2. I love the zip-up bottom and it's so much easier to use the bathroom. However, if having a BM I would take this off since I'm afraid I might get the garment soiled. My back-up compression garments can't compare to this Yianna faja which really smooths the lumps and bumps! Once it's on and fastened, it is really comfortable and provides great back support!PS: After wearing and hand-washing, this was easier to fasten, but it maintains its elasticity.

My favorite shapewear I've bought! I think I sized down after reading a lot of reviews and trying to determine sizes and it fits amazing! The zipper is good quality and the clasps seem to be durable and strong. I LOVE the mesh on the butt part. It really makes my curves pop in all the right ways!

It’s almost perfect. I’m 5’10” and weigh 155lbs. Their size chart recommended a L, but I ordered a M instead and while it fit and cinched my waist well, I could have probably easily gone down to a size S for an even more hourglass shape. Was easy to put on and not at all noticeable under the majority of my clothes that I tried on with it. The butt shaping is a bit weird, but also isn’t noticeable under clothing. The only thing I really don’t like are the straps (where they come out at the bodice in the front) - they oddly push my boobs together in the center of my chest and it looks strange. I also wish the straps were thinner on top of the shoulder as they can be a bit hard to hide being on the thicker side. Other than that, it was comfortable. Would be perfect if it stopped right underneath the bra line and stayed there.

I always order my fajas based on the size chart and in last 15 years I’ve probably had 100 different ones. Some were better than others and some had sizing wayyy off. I usually try to go based on the reviews as well. I measured myself and ordered the XL which I thought was a little large but we all know how different company sizing is. Of course this faja is too long in the torso which makes it crease, fold over, and puts the hole for the bathroom in the WRONG spot making it sooo hard to use the bathroom. The silicone part that holds the legs down is GREAT and very comfortable. The quality of the material is nice and not too thick or thin and I love the buttocks shape. Overall I have to say it was most uncomfortable and size down. I would have RETURNED but I wore it.

Fits just right, wished the zipper was a littler longer for me to actually try it. But it compresses the waist real nice, wish it had a little more compresion on your lower abdomen though, but i like it overall.

Great product! Highly recommend you size down I’m a true large bottom but a medium is perfect! Super comfortable!!

I wore a size S. I usually wear a size M and I'm 5'5. It's really comfortable and compresses a lot, it gives you a nice figure. It was easy for me to use. I really liked the fabric and it didn't hurt me at all. It has a zipper that makes it easier when going to the bathroom. I really recommend it.
