Watch was fine, but the wrist band was a bit too tight. I called about it and they said it would be addressed, it wasn't and efforts to follow up on my part we subsequently ignored and the wrist band is still too tight. Not a happy customer. Is this represnentative of the quality of service from Movado? I would hope not but these are the facts!

The timepiece was quite nice, just as it was pictured. And I know Fine watches. This watch is genuine Movado. It wasn’t quite right for me, so I returned it in mint perfect unused condition. Why are they waiting 11 days since they’ve received the watch back to issue me a refund credit? Minus two stars for bad seller behavior.

Thought a mans watch would fit without any adjustments but it didn’t. Had to make some adjustments. Other than that, so far, so good.

I've owned Movado watches forever. Love the slim modern designs. This time watch locking clasp was damaged and would not stay locked. Watch was Lost before I could return
