I recently got the A8 version of the Metapen. I really like it so decided to get another for my desk. This one was even cheaper and double the battery life, an ideal second stylus.This is an alternative to the official pencil. It has most of the functionality , though not the ability to thicken a line with pressure (easy to select anyway ) otherwise it does all I could want.Setup is easy , turn it on by single tapping the lid and it just works (turn it off with press and hold). It doesn’t even need Bluetooth pairing.It charges via an included USB-C cable. It also comes with some spare tips.It’s light (lighter even than the A8) , easy to use and responsive. Overall excellent . I’m very pleased with the Metapens, they add an extra dimension to the Ipad.

Absolutely gorgeous wee pencil! Light, very comfy to use, battery has a very long life, charges in a heartbeat, cannot compliment this wee pencil enough! The light changes from green to blue to red to show you how much battery you’ve got left. You don’t have to pair it, just switch the button on and it works with both my iPads. I immediately ordered another one for my daughter. It’s very easy to use, writes and draws very smoothly.

So easy to use, turn it on , open a writing app and write. It’s as easy as that. Writes fluidly with no delay. Has a quality feel to it. Charges quickly too. And really affordable. Excellent!.

This is great buy, batter life lasted longer than the original my sister has, lasts whole day and my niece loves drawing she is absolutely thrilled, pen is easy to use you do t have to use pressure and there is no lagging, charges quick and is easy to use does everything that it should do and personally I prefer this one over apples own, and for the price you can’t go wrong! Would definitely recommend!

Well considering what 🍏 charge for their pen this is well worth the money. Comes with two spare tips and a blanking plug for the charger port. I’ve tried it straight out of the box and it works perfectly.
