It didn’t really do much. I workout and eat clean and I didn’t see a difference. It doesn’t suppress my appetite. I think garcina pills do that better.

put it simply: it does not work...tried the normal dosage first... I was not able to produce any changes in my appetite.tried doubling the dosage... no positive results.It looks like this might work if you don't eat at all...
