Spooky Toddler loved it
Used for my toddlers birthday and she loved them. No instructions on putting the character streamers together but it was self explanatory. Great quality!

Not bad!! Just have to assemble the banner
Not bad quality and shipped super fast! Only bummer is you need to assemble the happy birthday banner yourself. But for the convenience of amazon - I'll take it.

The banner was missing letters, and was not already assembled on the string.
