Great addition to your supplement stack! Bioavailable forms of vitamins D, A, K and E so your body can actually absorb and out the put them to work. Most of us are deficient in. Vitamin D. Vitamin D can’t be absorbed without K, which also works synergistically with A and E. These vitamins are a no brainer. Don’t skip the basics.

Great Vitamin Supplement!
I've been taking this for about a month now and am very happy with it. The capsules are easy to digest, no bad taste and love that they use Veggie Capsules!After the first week of taking a daily dose I felt an improvement in my focus and mood. I take this along with a symbiotic for gut health and no side effects were felt. I will def get a subscription and keep this in my supplement routine! I also Love that they have a 1-1 donation program to help children who are at risk of malnutrition!

I need this in a larger bottle. It's expensive but worth it. Easy to swallow. Good quality ingredients. Health benefits were noticeable after two weeks, as certain problems with my skin that I thought were just from "getting old" went away, and my overall mood improved as well. I have more energy and I recover faster from exercise. I hope that if I continue to take these I will continue to see benefits.

One a Day vitamin for D A K E
Seem to be a legit supplement. Hard to tell without actually testing, but at face value, a great deal. No weird or off putting smell like some vitamins (especially old) have. Small, easy to swallow capsules that meet the RDA for the named vitamins. Label states they are GMO free, and manufactured to GMP standards. I would have no problem buying these again.
