Super cute gift for toddler.
Purchased this for Christmas for my 3 yo. So far she has loved it and has had tons of fun with it so far. This is replacing a handmade wooden guitar that she got as a gift about a year ago, unfortunately the wooden one fell apart quite easily, but my daughter is quite taken with guitars. So far we've only had it a few days, but it does feel much more able to handle the rough antics of a 3 yo. Will update if anything changes.

Suitable for a child
The media could not be loaded. This is fun for all kids from 2-10. The color is similar to actual adult guitars. My 2 year old loves this! Great way to introduce kids to instruments !

Decent toy or crap instrument?
The guitar seems to be caught somewhere between real, cheap guitar and a toy. The guitar’s body is a durable plastic, fantastic for a young child that might not be gentle with it. Then it confuses you by having real guitar strings that do adjust for tuning purposes. The problem here is that only 1 string can actually be properly tuned. 3 others can be tightened, but as soon as you strum them they unravel. The remaining 2 strings unravel as soon as you let go of the tuning pegs.If it’s a toy have a nylon or plastic “string” and don’t make the tuning pegs functional. If it’s meant to be a beginners guitar then make ALL the tuning pegs function. It would be worth it to spend a smidge more on it and have the tuning pegs work. For my purposes, this is fine for a 3 year as long as he’s supervised. I don’t want him hurting himself by snapping a guitar string. At this point he’s more interested in hiding small objects inside the guitar. But if he actually wants to learn anything I’ll be getting him a different one.

Great little guitar
Great little guitar, bought for my 2 yr old grandson. Strings can’t be tightened, but it’s a child’s guitar. Really needs a strap to hold it up, but good enough quality for the money.

Very cute, perfect size for my four year old
Purchased this for my four year old son for Christmas. It is the perfect size for him. It sounds okay, but the knobs that tighten the strings aren't very good and the strings become loose after strumming for just a few minutes. It's frustrating for my kid to have to stop and tighten the strings every few minutes. It is also not super well-constructed. My son dropped it from a short distance onto the living room floor, and the front piece of the guitar broke away from the back and we could not snap it back together. It's definitely my son's bad for dropping it, but I would not have expected it to break like that from a very short fall.

Tiny guitar
This is a cute, fun guitar. My grand daughter and grandson love it. I do wish that the strings could be tuned. I tried, but they loosen right away. Watching my grands play it is still adorable even if the guitar is out of tune.

Perfect!
When you receive this item you will be disappointed. Seller does not care about packaging and will throw the item in a larger box to be jostled around, only to show up at your door in pieces. Perfect for the landfill.
