This company is my go to for blister plasters. They are expensive but when something works it's a no brainer.The same can be said for this as well. This little stick can be rubbed onto sensitive areas of your foot like the side of toes or all over the heals to create a barrier of protection, so you can wear those new trainers/shoes and not get a blister!It works like those Prittstick glue tubes, rolling the tube upwards from the bottom to give you more.It's abit tacky on the heal, but socks aren't stuck to it and there's no residue left on the sock to worry about.It also lasts along time as you can use just the amount you want to cover the area you want, you can smother the whole heal if you want.As you can see I was running out of my first tube so purchased my second. Not wanting to be without.Highly recommend

Pleasantly surprised. Worked really well on 26 mile hike, no blisters. Easy to apply and small enough to carry to reapply. Nice to have a separate one for my feet

I've tried Vaseline and Vicks VapoRub ointment, but Compeed Anti-Blister Stick works best. I used it every day on an 18-day walk and had no blisters. My companions did, but luckily I brought Compeed plasters! The anti-blister stick is compact, light to carry, and a little goes a long way. I consider it an essential piece of hiking gear. I would highly recommend it because it could prevent you from getting a blister and ruining your day, if not your holiday.

First time I've ever had a blister and it was a beauty! Came back from a 4 day stag weekend with a triple blister on the side of my toe and bought this because I didn't want to use plasters... Super easy to apply and the blister was all but gone within 3 days. Wasn't expecting this to be as good as it was to be honest... Took 1 star off because the tube/product is held in place a little flimsily. The full slab of product nearly falls out when I twist it up... It doesn't matter though. Still an impressive beast! It's nice to walk without a limp again.
