Great stuff. Apparently, it has the same pH level as blood, so you can use as much of it on open wounds as you want to, and it won’t cause any ill effects. At least, that’s what I was told by my doctors PA. My doctor uses it as well. We used it to cleanse my wound while it was being debrided. Doesn’t sting, great for kids.

I was told to return this bottle for a replacement. It arrived without inner seal on the top. The package is leaking and I doubt the post office will accept it for return.
