Okay, raise your hand if you forgot to remove the foil seal before hopping in the shower with Flakes 🙋‍♂️. Yeah, me too. Listen, Flakes is a miracle worker—my scalp’s never been happier, no more snowstorms on my shoulders, and it smells like a forest goddess bottled her essence. All-natural ingredients? Yes, please! My hair’s so soft I’m basically a walking herbal commercial. But let’s talk about that seal.This isn’t just any foil-lined paper glued to the bottle. This is space-grade adhesive. NASA called, they want their shuttle sealant back. I tried everything—ripping it off, pressing a finger through it, even channeling my inner caveman and using my teeth. Nothing. I ended up grabbing a shower curtain hanger and stabbing through it like I was auditioning for a survival show. Check the photo I uploaded—you’ll see the carnage. If the Flakes chemists are the ones who whipped up this glue, y’all need to bottle and sell that too. It’s indestructible.Once I got past Fort Knox, though, this shampoo and conditioner duo was worth every second of the struggle. My dandruff’s gone, my hair’s thriving, and I’m out here feeling like a woodland prince. Just maybe include a crowbar with the next bottle, Flakes. 10/10, would wrestle the seal again.

I have only used this product once and WOW. I truly wish I could rate it higher than 5 stars. I have very long hair and a little goes a long way. As soon as I started lathering it in, I could immediately feel a cooling sensation like no other shampoo (probably due to the peppermint), and I've used countless different shampoos that would often burn a bit because of how bad my symptoms are/the ingredients used. I used it on my beard as well and my God, the results are astounding. WAY less flaking from one wash, my head (and beard) aren't as itchy, and it really does smell fantastic. To anyone struggling with seborrheic dermatitis or eczema, I HIGHLY recommend trying it at least once. For me, this is confidence in a bottle. I am absolutely blown away.A few things to note; the bottles are sealed with one of the strongest seals I've ever come across, and the bottles themselves are squeezeable with a nice cap that closes firmly. Also, I bought two bars of soap (also from Amazon) that use the same active ingredient for any places that have the same symptoms, without hair. Lastly, I will provide an update after I continue to use this product and will be very surprised and sad if my review changes at all. I have a lot of faith in it so far.

For the price and size i say its fair for how quickly and effective it works. My dandruff is very rare now. It smells minty which I like but does burn the eyes so don't get it in your eyes. The water in MD is mean and gave me bad itch and dandruff and I say this has work very very veryyyyy well for me.

To give credit where credit is due the product did help with the severe itching and dandruff I had with my beard and scalp, but I have to knock it down a star with how expensive it is and for how much you get. For a fifty dollar price tag plus the shipping you would expect a little more then what you get. But I guess that's the price you gotta pay for comfort.

I have suffered through severe dandruff for almost 25 years. I have tried everything from over the counter dandruff shampoos to prescription shampoos, prescription drops, prescription creams, and even shaving my head to apply lotion directly to my scalp. Nothing ever worked. I bought Flakes shampoo about 2 weeks ago and have used is a total of 4 times. My dandruff is 100% gone as of last night. I had to check 3 separate times just to be sure because I did not believe it, but its real. My head is flake free and I would recommend this to everyone who has a dandruff problem. I am so happy with the success of this product

I was seriously impressed with Flakes Shampoo and Conditioner — it worked wonders after just one use. The itching and flaking I was dealing with disappeared almost instantly, leaving my scalp feeling calm and refreshed. It’s rare to find a product that delivers on its promises so quickly.Yes, it’s on the pricier side, but in my opinion, it’s absolutely worth the investment. The results speak for themselves. The only downside is the packaging — the seal was tough to open, which was a bit frustrating. But once you’re past that, it’s smooth sailing.If you’re struggling with dandruff or an irritated scalp, this is definitely a product worth trying.

This stuff does work my scalp and beard had flakes and I used this and left on my head and beard for 5 mins in the shower and seen great results after 3 to 4 days of use it felt much better even after 1 I will always use this now 👍 very happy

This shampoo and conditioner smells amazing. It's fresh,invigorating and most of all hydrating. The biggest problem is that you pay over $50 for a small bottle ofshampoo and conditioner. The packaging is very minimal (from Amazon) with no instructions other than what's on the bottles. I would absolutely recommend this product as I have recently struggled with hair falling out due to what I think is just dandruff (and maybe stress) and now after 2 weeks of off and on use I do notice far less flakes and less hair in my hands as I wash my scalp but, overall if you have the money to spend on this product you won't be disappointed. Side note the shampoo lathers very well and you only have to use a little bit. The same with the conditioner. I guess you get what you pay for but this is a premium price.
