Mushy
The brine is so strong you can’t taste the cauliflower. The cauliflower is extremely mushy. Will never buy again

Not good to salty and mushy will buy another brand at the grocery store.

Disappointing
We've always been big fans of Mezzetta Giardiniera - especially the pickled cauliflower. So when we saw a jar of pickled cauliflower, we couldn't wait to try it. Maybe we misunderstood what we were buying, but this was NOTHING like the Mezzetta Giardiniera we'd enjoyed for so many years. It's really mushy, to the point of being gross, and there were a few blemishes on the cauliflower that made me worried there was something wrong with it. After a few bites, we ended up throwing out the whole jar.

Very salty
The califlower is mushy..Brine tastes like urine...Very dis appointed..And seller does not do returns...Now I am money out for an item that I cannot eat...

Terrible product
Horrible product, very high salt content, and cauliflower is very overcooked, garbage !!

To salty and mushy
I was disappointed with this product. It was overwhelming salt and mushy was packaged good flavor of the cauliflower was over powered by the amount of salt in the pickled process.

Mushy & Sugar Issue
Cauliflower wasn't crisp at all. Also, the ingredient list doesn’t show sugar, however the nutrition information shows 8.2g sugar per 1oz. One ounce of raw cauliflower has .1g sugar. Therefore, this product must have sugar added.

Disgusting
Jar was leaking. Contents like mush. Horrible. Don't buy ! Didn't deserve a 1 star. Maybe a -10 .
