I received this thermos for my son dirty. He is 7 years old and was super excited for it to come so he could bring his tea with him on the go like his older sister. I had ordered one before and had no issues but this time it came dirty with stains on the sleeve. I contacted the owner and no response was made to rectify the error.

It leaks and holds a bad smell even after its washed.

Great thermos and super cute. Keeps hot water hot enough to cook ramen four hours later, and ice has remained for over 24 hours. The drinking spout is easy to use too. We love it!

I like that it keeps my coffee hot an water cold. For soem reason i thought it would be a little bigger but for the cost its pretty good. As long as the cap part is in it doesn't leak 👍

The product looks good and feels solid, unfortunately the inner cap for pouring beverages leaks and main outer cap also leaks. Tried tightening it but it again leaked and soaked the pouch and everything inside my bag. Contacted customer service but they are of little help only telling me that the product had undergone strict quality control. Responded to them but haven’t heard back.

I absolutely love this bottle! My old one kept my drinks so hot that I couldn't drink out of it without burning myself. I would have to pour my drink into a cup and let it cool down which meant I had to carry around a cup as well. Fits exactly 16oz and keeps coffee hot! It is stylish and perfect for on the go travel to my work. The cover comes apart in 3 pieces for easy cleaning. I hate mugs that get mold growth inside because you can't take them apart or have to many small nooks. This is going with me on a 9 day conference to a location that has banned non-reusable cups. I would buy this again.

Could be easier to clean but overall a great product. Keeps my tea hot for hours after I make it, and after I let it sit and cool for ages in the mornings! Would recommend! My only sadness is that the painted colour can scratch so be careful with the other items in your bag.

I love this product. The mouth is quite tricky to clean as it’s so small, but that is my only complaint. Liquid stays hot in this for HOURS and I love the cute sleeve that comes with it. Would recommend.
