My feet have been hurting me for a few months. I work retail and am on my feet all day! Ive gone to someone who massages those pressure points in my feet to relieve the pain. I was looking to get new inserts and saw this. They have definitely helped my feet. But they can’t be worn every day. I wore them for a week. Most times they felt good and relieved my pain, occasionally it felt like a rock in my shoe. After a week I changed back to my other inserts because my feet were better.

These did not live up to the hype that was provided in the description. Wore them one day and had to get rid of them, felt like I was walking on rocks/pebbles. Feet were killing me, legs hurt and was in constant pain in my feet. Would not recommend for any of the claims the description claims this will help. Not even worth trying to get a refund just through them in the garbage after getting home from work.

This got my flat feet feeling good af. I can now stand and walk for longer periods of time without my feet and legs feeling fatigued. Not gunna lie fist 2 days of wearing my feet were sore due to unfamiliarity with the bumpy soles but after initial discomfort my feet now are painless and wearing shoes without this type of feet pads make my feet sore so now imma buy more so I can have in every shoes I wear.

Been using for a week now. It feels good on my feet.It took a couple of weeks to arrive, but I eventually receivbed it.

New purchase and so far they fit and feel fine. Will take time to see if all the claims about less pain are accurate.

These inserts threw my balance off and almost causing me to fall; multiple times when just walking in my apartment. Sent back. Did NOT do what they claimed to do. Very disappointed.

I’m not certain it helps but it seems to! I have neuropathy and hard to walk. I combined them with my Hoka tennis shoes and between the two it improves my ability to walk somewhat.

HORRIBLE!! Not only did they take a month to arrive, BUT you can’t even walk in them. They HURT like a bunch of hard rocks under your feet. No exaggeration. Oh and by the time they arrive your window to return them is closed. Talk about a big cluster!!
