Hank Zipzer Collection Complete Set 1-17 Paperback – June 1, 2010

Grandkids enjoy reading the hillarious antics of Hank Zipzer.

I read the comments on these books before buying them, but I think these comments were more for the person who wrote them. Ive always liked him too, he seems like a very nice person, but I think he needs more help in the writing skills I always read the books I buy for the kids before giving to them. Pretty bad. The subjects are ok but he is always repeating some facts over and over from one book to the other. Like how the girl friend loves to decorate everything she wears, and other things each does or likes. I bought the set of books and should've bought one first to see if I liked it and if the kids did also. I'm very sorry I bought the set now. So my comment is only to buy one at a time when you buy any new books, otherwise you have wasted your money like I did. Well its official, I was going through the 4th book and the kids asked if I'd read something else, I asked why and they both said its boring...Now Ive read maybe 100s of kids books to two generations, this was a first...Anyone want to buy a set of books ? groan

What a great series! I love that this book has humor. I have read the first one to my group of 6th and 7th graders. They really enjoy it! I have several students that have completed the whole series before I was even finished with the first one. As a special education teacher and a sister, niece, and mother of dyslexics, this first book has made me cry in many parts of it. I was thankful that the bell rang before I completely busted up in front of my classroom. The author really puts you in the shoes of Hank Zipzer and lets you see the daily frustration from his perspective. Also having several students in these classes that can relate, helps to build our relationship by reading and relating to Hank.

Awesome collection. My children read these with me when they were young, so I bought them for my grandchildren and they love them.

We love our collection of hank zipzer books! My son is dyslexic and these books are not only relatable, but empowering and funny so easy to enjoy. We appreciate them!

Got these books for my grandsons - three are autistic - to help them with their struggles.

I thought the collection of books would come in a collective box not loose.
