Rest in Peace Brother
totally agree with other positive reviews. I bought this the day after the sad news of the artist passing, for sentimental and collecting value. As the factory runs out of signed instruments the value will go up. Sad but the reality of collecting signature items. This acoustic is loud and crisp. The tuner is easy to use and the guitar stays in tune. The finish is beautiful. Only downside is there is no strap button at the neck. Photo's of Glenn Frey show him using a strap button that he added. So i wonder why Takamine didn't add that in it's reproduction of the instrument. I decided to use a head strap button rather than marr the instrument. Own a piece of History and play hotel california and hear what glenn heard when he played it.

Professional standard guitar at an amateur price
I bought one of these guitars 3 years ago and quite simply it is one of the best guitars I have ever played. It is easy to tune, thanks to the built in tuner, and has a crisp clear sound. It can easily be connected to an amplifier to increase the sound without compromising on its quality. And the distinctive GF logo, as well as Glenn Frey's hand signed label inside the guitar is guaranteed to generate curiousity. The position of the label is clever, as it in no way impedes ones flexibility in playing the instrument. Made of rosewood, this guitar will last a lifetime. If you are looking for a good quality amateur or semi professional accoustic or accoustic/electric guitar you could do far worse than purchase this. Endorsed by a professional.
