Very well made sturdy lever arms
Very sturdy, well made affordable lever arms. These get used at least 5 times a week in my home gym, once you figure out which exercise that you would like to preform and find the right holes on your rack, you’re in business, I preform at least ten different exercises with these throughout the week, so they get moved up and down my rack constantly and they are holding up good. Great product.

Buy once cry once or buy this and keep you some tissue handy
Fitment was terrible. The 1inch adapter would not tighten on the peg. The mount did not fit flush with rack it tilted down with just the weight of the arms. The mounts would bounce against the rack flexing the welded areas on the mount when arms returned to the start position. The pin that holds the arms in place are weak. No way these mounts are rated at 300 pounds not even 150. The arms are great. The mounts or adapters are trash. It won't last

Fine for the price but don't overload
I bought these for a 3x3 (75x75) rack with 5/8 holes. These are my first set of jammer arms. I did not want to spend 3-4 times as much for a name brand product just to have them sit collecting dust. If I use them a lot I suspect I am going to need something built heavier. They fit snuggly on my rack with the included 3M rubber adhesive inserts. I intend to primarily use them on an up angle from my rack for a pull-up station (high enough that I don't have to bend my legs) and shoulder presses of various angles - static and dynamic. For pull ups one side sits about an inch lower than the other. Not a deal breaker as I simply turn around every other set to even out any asymmetry. The handles are a little on the short side for me (I'm 6'1") - so that I have what would be a wide grip if I was gripping a standard bar. I would prefer the handles to be longer so I could get a stander or even narrower grip. The description says it is rated for 600 lbs - I would never try to put this much weight on them. 300 lbs each side seems like a recipe for disaster. Even 100 lbs on each side for a standing dynamic overhead press the brackets were really flexing. I hope I never have to drop even that much weight. And if I jump up for the pull up station same thing - lots of flex when I grab the bar (I weigh 220 lbs). So far I am happy with them for the price, but well see how they hold up if I keep using them very much.

Perfect fit and versatile!!
These arms are so versatile, and I am able to do so many exercises with them! ! They worked perfectly in my rack that is over 10 years old. (I bought the 3X3 inch arms.) I am very pleased and happier then I thought I would be by far! I highly recommend these jammer arms!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Feels dangerous, cheap, and Generic, but gets the job done.
I use these arms on my Mikolo M4 All-in-One Smith Machine Functional Trainer and it feels dangerous. It doesn't have any guides to come back to the bars its attached to, so I have to be extremely mindful of my decline and not letting it go off the bar left or right which feels a bit of an oversight. Like many others, the bars feel cheap and I guess that's what you get for budget jammer arms but it feels cheap to the point of being dangerous. I rarely use these now as I have progressed past the point of weight this thing can or should handle (Like many others say, underload this thing, I wouldn't trust it with much weight) and find very little use for it now. A bit disheartening considering how much I paid. I would personally have just bought better quality arms but these do get the job done if you want to save a buck, but again, I would advise against that and maybe save up and get a brand name instead.

Avoid these
Don't waste your money on these , very flimsy and cheap and can't handle much weight at all, very dangerous to workout with and unstable. You get what you pay for. The 1" collar adapter fell off when I was changing it and fell into my rack somewhere and I'm unable to find it so now I can't even use the thing.

Knowing limits and weight issues! I found this product To be great!
Knowing limits and weight issues! I found this product to be a resource learning! There are many different ways to make it work! The majority of complaints is that needs lots of adjustments! Yes! It’s a mountable piece of equipment! Pain to keep adjusting but it’s a great tool! I’m still finding ways to improve the way for my body work outs! You just need to be creative and learn from people with experience on the gym tools! There are no limitations here! Good arms!

Surprisingly high quality, very surprised, very happy Arms have a bit of lateral sway, ideal for a good squeeze when doing a chest press motion.

Price is outstanding for the increase functionality from being able to set the starting heights (or limits). However, the pins and supports that attach to the rack started warping at 90lb load when fully extended. Still a great product and recommended for home gyms.

So I got these jammer arms and they look identical to the other pair I bought that don’t lock, but work off a bearing. They seem to be of fine construction and fit well on my rack. The part of the arm that rests on the pin is reinforced which is a plus, but it’s pretty time consuming to move the handles, it’s a good thing that I plan to leave them where they are. I guess that sums up the positive parts of this review So I have to have confidence in my equipment, especially the weight I plan to be pushing, I could conceivably have over a hundred pounds dropping on a pin and I wanted to have confidence in what I saw as the weak link in the entire set up. I put the hammer arm at the top of my rack, and set the arm level to the ground. I figured if it could hold my bodyweight, it could withstand whatever else I could throw at it. I pulled myself up slowly but never really gave it all my weight as I could already see the pin bending. Now I’m no power lifter, and I guess I did a lat pulldown to test the pin, but there’s no way that pin could’ve taken 600 lbs. There’s no way I could have pulled that much during the test. So where does that leave me? I’m not returning it. It’s exactly what I need and I’m limited for options with a 2x2 rack. Plus, it wasn’t the arms themselves that bent. I’m going to the local metallic store and getting grade 8 bolts of the same diameter. They have the greatest shear strength and a wing nut to keep it in place. With that set up in place I’m gonna try this test again. If it can hold my weight, I’ll be happy. Update: I purchased 2 grade 8 bolts and wing nuts for a grand total of $1.45 and utilized them as the safety pins. I put the arms parallel and loaded 4 plates on them each. Nothing bent, and it handled the weight, which is good enough for me, but I don’t think I’d ever load that much for an actual exercise. I’m definitely not that strong anyways, but from a safety standpoint they’ll handle what I’m able to push.

Well some reviews say that not sturdy and think they can't handle much weight I put 100 pounds on and hung from them to see how sturdy they are they were pretty sturdy and I weigh 200 pounds took the weight with ease

It works good for the price. One of the securing bolts broke within the first few days. They gave me a 10% refund to buy a new bolt. The adhesive padding didn't last more than a week or so either. Otherwise it gets the job done
