I bought the Eureka Forbes vacuum cleaner a couple of months ago, and it has been a complete disaster from day one. Right out of the box, I encountered multiple issues. The suction power is ridiculously weak, barely picking up dust and debris, whether on carpets or hard floors. It’s unbearably loud, and the build quality feels cheap and flimsy — like it’s ready to fall apart at any moment. To top it all off, it has now completely stopped working.But the real nightmare started with customer service. I reached out for help, only to be told by email support that my contact number didn’t match their database, so they couldn’t assist me, despite providing the invoice as proof of purchase. However, when I logged into their website using the same phone number, everything was fine. Even the customer care team over the phone confirmed that my number matched their records. Yet, the problem remained unresolved.It’s been over three weeks since the service technician visited my home, and the issue is still not fixed. This level of incompetence and neglect is beyond frustrating.It’s clear that Eureka Forbes has zero regard for its customers or the quality of their products. I deeply regret wasting my money on this vacuum cleaner. Don’t make the same mistake I did — steer clear of this brand! There are far better alternatives out there that offer reliable performance and, most importantly, real customer service.

Excellent cleaning & suction but wet mopping is not that much effective. It takes approx 4 hrs to charge the battery from 20 to 100%. Initially it will take time to understand your map but after one or two days it will behave normally. Brush is very sensitive and i think brush size and strength can be increased for more efficient water moppingOverall it does job very precisely. Considering the price I recommend this product.

I purchased the Eureka Forbes Robot Vacuum Cleaner around 20 days ago, I am happy with the productThe Virtual demo was good ,all my questions were answered.The robot vacuum cleaner is easy to use, with the app, mapping function is good and automatically generated. Product does a good Job in terms of cleaning , I truly see a major difference with Robot cleaner V/S previously cleaned manually by broom+ mopping brush - I will recommend to go for Eureka Forbes Robot Vacuum cleaner.Even I am operating (schedule clean) the robot while not at home, no need for anyone to be at home.

The media could not be loaded. Writing this review after 6 months of use in 700sqf. fully furnished apartment.This product is badly designed and not equipped for Indian homes. It will get stuck on the channels for balcony doors, or any kind of level change - even .05 cm. (see video) Sometimes gets stuck in it's own charging port because it does not have enough power to pull back! Even basic doormats (not shaggy ones) will have to be lifted out of the way.Cleaning performance is neither consistent nor satisfactory, as it will leave behind some particles and will also trail dirt because of the combined mop function.The only way to control this infernal machine is using a badly made chinese app - installing the app will be a big pain even with all given instructions.Last month the machine stopped working, and I had to call Eureka 5 times over 2 weeks before the technician finally showed up. But they were very happy to call me 3 times a day to chase me to watch the demo - even after i watched the demo they called me for a couple of weeks till I finally yelled at them to stop calling.It's ok if you have one big room with no rug/doormat/carpeting. If you have a regular home, with furniture and mats, and doors - please buy some other brand.
